«Մարդն իր գիտակցությամբ, որոշմամբ, խղճով, ապրումով արտահայտություն է արել, որը, կարծում եմ, յուրաքանչյուր գիտակից մարդու սրտից բխած խոսք է, և դրա պատճառով գտնվում է ձերբակալման մեջ։ Ուրիշ պատճառ չկա, ո՛չ հանցակազմ, ո՛չ այլ պատճառ, հնարովի բաներն ավելորդ են»,- Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջի ատյանի դատարանի բակում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց «Սրբազան շարժման» առաջնորդ Բագրատ Սրբազանը։

«Մենք ոչ միայն զորակցություն ենք հայտնում Սամվել Կարապետյանին, այլ նաև յուրաքանչյուր «հայորեն» ապրող գիտակից մարդու։ Այս պայքարը մեր պետականության, մեր արժեքների և եկեղեցու մասին է։ Եվ հալածանքները, որ կրում են մարդիկ, դա ևս այդ մասին է, և այսօր թիրախավորվել է մի մարդ, որը վկայել է այդ արժեքների մասին»,- հավելեց Բագրատ Սրբազանը։

Նշենք, որ Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարանում քննվում է Սամվել Կարապետյանի նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդությունը։ Դատարանը հեռացել է խորհրդակցական սենյակ։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 422-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով, այն է՝ իշխանությունը զավթելուն, տարածքային ամբողջականությունը խախտելուն, ինքնիշխանությունից հրաժարվելուն կամ սահմանադրական կարգը բռնի տապալելուն ուղղված հրապարակային կոչը, որը կատարվել է հրապարակայնորեն ցուցադրվող ստեղծագործությունները կամ զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցները կամ տեղեկատվական կամ հաղորդակցական տեխնոլոգիաներն օգտագործելով:
