«Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության անձնակազմն իր լիակատար աջակցությունն է հայտնում մեծ բարերար, գործարար, ընկերության սեփականատեր Սամվել Կարապետյանին:
Տարիներ շարունակ աշխատելով նրա հետ՝ նրան ճանաչում ենք որպես մարդկային բարձր որակներով օժտված, մշտապես յուրաքանչյուրիս հոգսով ապրող, մեր կոլեկտիվի հուսալի ու վստահելի Ընկերոջ:
Մարդ, որը մեր երկրի համար կարևոր ու ծանր օրերին առաջիններից է եղել, ով արձագանքել է բոլոր խնդիրներին, մեծ աջակցություն ցուցաբերել մեր բազմաթիվ հայրենակիցներին, ինչպես նաև մեր աշխատակազմի յուրաքանչյուր անդամին:
«Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությունը մշտապես արել և շարունակում է անել առավելագույնը իրեն տրված լիցենզիայի պայմաններին համապատասխան իր սպառողներին պատշաճ որակի ծառայություններ մատուցելու համար։
Բազմիցս ներկայացրել ենք մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակի, մասնավորապես՝ վթարայնության հետ կապված խնդիրները: Ուզում ենք հիշեցնել, որ 2015թ.-ին «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խումբն ընդունել է սնանկության եզրին գտնվող, 80%-ից ավելի բարոյապես եւ ֆիզիկապես մաշվածություն ունեցող ընկերություն, որից հետո սկսվել է ֆիզիկական և ֆինանսական առողջացմանն ուղղված աշխատանքը, այդ թվում՝ ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացման միջոցով։ Ներդրումներն իրականացվել են ամբողջությամբ՝ ընդհանուր շուրջ 700 մլն դոլարի չափով:
Արդյունքում, Ընկերությունում էլեկտրաէներգիայի կորուստների մակարդակը կտրուկ կրճատվել է ՝ հասնելով միջազգային ընդունելի, բացառապես տեխնիկական կորուստների մակարդակին: Հոսանքազրկումների ցուցանիշները նույնպես բարելավվել են, սակայն դեռևս շատ անելիք կա: Եվ մենք ամենօրյա ռեժիմում աշխատում ենք հոսանքազրկման ցուցանիշների բարելավման ուղղությամբ։
Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովին ենք ներկայացրել բաշխիչ ցանցի արդիականացման և վերակառուցման առաջարկությունների փաթեթ՝ ուղղված մեր կողմից մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակի բարելավմանը, սպասում ենք արձագանքի:
«Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությունն այսօրվա դրությամբ ֆինանսապես կայուն վիճակում է, Ընկերության վարկային վարկանիշը բարձր է ՀՀ սուվերեն վարկային վարկանիշից: Այս տարիների ընթացքում Ընկերությունը ներդրել է կառավարման միջազգային ստանդարտներ՝ մեծ կարևորություն տալով էկոլոգիական ու սոցիալական ծրագրերին, որոնք մեր ընկերության զարգացման գերակա ուղղություններից են:
Վստահ ենք, որ Հայաստանում, որպես իրավական պետությունում, օրենքի գերակայությունը կհաղթի, և մեր ղեկավարը շատ շուտով կվերադառնա իր աշխատանքային մեծ ընտանիք, և ամենակարևորը՝ հայրենիքի համար իրականացվող բազմաթիվ ծրագրերն իրականացնելու գործին:
