Փաշինյանի Թուրքիա կատարած այցի «առաջին ծաղիկներն» են ուրվագծվել` Ստամբուլում կայացած Իսլամական համագործակցության կազմակերպության ԱԳ նախարարների խորհրդի նիստում, Ադրբեջանի նախաձեռնությամբ «Ստամբուլյան հռչակագիր» անունը կրող փաստաթուղթ և 5 բանաձևեր են ընդունվել, որում անդրադարձ կա նաև Հայաստանին: Այս մասին Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:
