Ինչ հաջողվեց ներկա իշխանություններին

Կարճ ժամանակահատվածում ամբողջովին ոչնչացնել Սփյուռքի ներկայությունը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կյանքում: Աբսուրդ է, որ արգելվում է Ֆրանսիայից, Հոլանդիայից, Ռուսաստանից և այլ երկրներից մեր Հայրենակիցների մուտքը Հայաստան՝ նրանց ճանաչելով persona non grata: Սամվել Կարապետյանն իր փաստաբանական թիմի միջոցով հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ:

«Կարճ ժամանակահատվածում հնարավոր նվազագույնին հասցնել Սփյուռքի գործարարների հայրենասիրական ցանկությունները՝ Հայրենի հողում ներդրումներ կատարելու, Հայրենի հողում աշխատատեղեր ստեղծելու: Ի վերջո, մեր Սփյուռքը ոչ միայն Հայրենիքում տնտեսական, բիզնես արժեք ստեղծելու չափազանց մեծ ներուժ է, այլ նաև՝ լոբբիստական հզոր ուժ: Փոքր խմբակի՝ այլ երկրների ներքին գործերին իր ՀԿ-ների միջոցով միջամտող թոշակառուի մեծամիտ պահվածքի շնորհիվ է նաև այս ամենը:

Երբեմն այնպիսի անընդունելի տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ Սփյուռքը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կարիքը չունի, Հայաստանն էլ՝ Սփյուռքի, ինչից մեր երկիրը կորցրեց ամենամեծ և ամենաարժեքավոր դաշնակցին Հայաստանի զարգացման համար: Մեր երկիրը գրեթե կորցրեց ամենաթանկ և անչափելի կապիտալը՝ մեր Սփյուռքը, և նրանք հաջողությամբ հասան այնպիսի կետի, որում Հայաստանը Սփյուռքից զրո ներդրում ունի:

Սփյուռքը կրկին Հայաստանի հենասյուներից մեկը պետք է լինի։
