Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ–ների հարաբերությունները՝ կայուն և զարգացող․ Արփինե Սարգսյանն ընդունել է Գալաձեին

Հունիսի 23-ին Վրաստանի ներքին գործերի նախարար Գելա Գալաձեի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունն աշխատանքային այցով ժամանել է Հայաստան։
Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունում Գելա Գալաձեին դիմավորել է նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը։ Տեղի է ունեցել պաշտոնական արարողություն։
Վրաստանի և Հայաստանի ՆԳ նախարարները ծաղիկներ են խոնարհել հայրենիքի սահմանները պաշտպանելիս և ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարելիս զոհված ոստիկանների հիշատակը հավերժացնող հուշապատին։
Պաշտոնական արարողությունից հետո կողմերի միջև տեղի է ունեցել ընդլայնված կազմով հանդիպում։
Հայաստանի ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը, ողջունելով գործընկերոջը, շնորհավորել է նրան Վրաստանի ՆԳ նախարարի պաշտոնին նշանակվելու կապակցությամբ՝ մաղթելով բեղմնավոր և արդյունավետ գործունեություն։
Նախարար Սարգսյանը բարձր է գնահատել երկու երկրների ներքին գործերի նախարարությունների արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը՝ ընդգծելով, որ Գելա Գալաձեի այցը ևս մեկ կարևոր քայլ է գործընկերության ամրապնդման առումով։
Արփինե Սարգսյանը ներկայացրել է Ոստիկանությունում, Փրկարար ծառայությունում ու Միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայությունում իրականացվող համակարգային բարեփոխումները, ինչպես նաև վիզաների ազատականացման ուղղությամբ
Հայաստանի քայլերը՝ այս համատեքստում ընգծելով Վրաստանի փորձի կարևորությունը։
Նախարար Սարգսյանն անդրադարձել է նաև հանցավորության մի շարք, այդ թվում՝ ապօրինի թմրաշրջանառության ուղղություններով երկու երկրների իրավապահ կառույցների համագործակցությանը վերաբերող հարցերի։
Վրաստանի ՆԳ նախարար Գելա Գալաձեն, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար, ընդգծել է, որ նախարարի կարգավիճակով սա իր առաջին պաշտոնական այցն է։
Նախարար Գալաձեն ևս բարձր է գնահատել երկու գերատեսչությունների տասնամյակների պատմություն ունեցող համագործակցությունը՝ վերահաստատելով այն առավել ամրապնդելու հանձնառությունը։
Գելա Գալաձեն նշել է, որ իր պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում Հայաստանի ՆԳ նախարարությունն ու նախարարը կունենան իր լիակատար աջակցությունը։
Վրաստանի ՆԳ նախարարը ներկայացրել է իր կողմից ղեկավարվող կառույցում ընթացող բարեփոխումները։ Գելա Գալաձեն անդրադարձել է նաև Հայաստանի ՆԳ նախարարությունում իրականացվող կրթական բարեփոխումներին՝ այս համատեքստում կարևորելով Հայաստանի փորձը։
Կողմերը պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել համագործակցության ուղղությունները հստակեցնելու համար ստորագրել փոխըմբռնման հուշագրեր, ինչպես նաև գործնական քայլեր ձեռնարկել գերատեսչությունների միջև օպերատիվ կապի ստեղծման ուղղությամբ, ինչը մեծապես կնպաստի անդրազգային հանցավորությանն առավել արագ ու արդյունավետ հակազդելուն։
Վրաստանի ՆԳ նախարար Գելա Գալաձեն, համագործակցությունը խորացնելու համատեքստում, Արփինե Սարգսյանին հրավիրել
է Թբիլիսի։ Նախարար Սարգսյանն ընդունել է հրավերն ու արձանագրել, որ պատասխան այցը ևս միտված է հարաբերություններն առավել զարգացնելուն։
Ընդլայնված կազմով հանդիպումից հետո Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի ներքին գործերի նախարարները հանդիպումը շարունակել են երկկողմ ձևաչափով։
