Իրավիճակը Մերձավոր Արևելքում շարունակում է վատթարանալ՝ հարևան երկրների և տարածաշրջանների համար մեծ ռիսկեր առաջացնելով։ Հայ ականավոր հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ, բարերար Արտակ Թովմասյանը EADaily-ի թղթակցի հետ խոսել է Անդրկովկասի վրա Իրան-Իսրայել պատերազմի ազդեցության մասին, որին Միացյալ Նահանգները նույնպես միացել է հունիսի 22-ի գիշերը։

— Պարո՛ն Թովմասյան, Մերձավոր Արևելքում իրավիճակը կտրուկ սրվել է։ Իրանի և Իսրայելի միջև հակամարտությունը թևակոխել է բաց փուլ։ Նախօրեին ԱՄՆ ռազմաօդային ուժերը հարվածներ են հասցրել Իրանի տարածքին։ Ինչպե՞ս եք գնահատում իրավիճակը։

- Սա իսկապես շատ լուրջ ճգնաժամ է։ Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ Իրանի և Իսրայելի միջև առճակատումը դուրս է գալիս տեղային հակամարտությունների շրջանակից և արդեն ազդում է ողջ տարածաշրջանի, այդ թվում՝ Կովկասի վրա։ Երկու կողմերն էլ օգտագործում են ժամանակակից ռազմական տեխնոլոգիաներ, այդ թվում՝ անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր և հրթիռային հարվածներ, ինչը մեծացնում է էսկալացիայի մասշտաբներն ու ռիսկը։

— Որո՞նք են Հայաստանի հիմնական մարտահրավերները այս հակամարտության համատեքստում։

«Հայաստանը գտնվում է եզակի, բայց նաև բարդ աշխարհաքաղաքական դիրքում։ Մի կողմից՝ մենք սերտ պատմական և տնտեսական կապեր ունենք Իրանի հետ, որը կարևոր գործընկեր է էներգիայի մատակարարման և տարանցման ոլորտում։ Մյուս կողմից՝ մենք տեսնում ենք Ադրբեջանի դիրքերի ամրապնդում, որն աջակցություն է ստանում Իսրայելից, և դա լրացուցիչ անվտանգային ռիսկեր է ստեղծում։ Բացի այդ, Իրանի հայկական սփյուռքը պաշտպանության և աջակցության կարիք ունի։

- Կարելի՞ է ասել, որ Հայաստանը պետք է չեզոք քաղաքականություն վարի և խուսափի այս հակամարտության մեջ ներգրավվելուց։

— Անխոս, չեզոքությունը առանցքային դիրքորոշում է։ Հայաստանը չպետք է դառնա հակամարտության կողմ, այլ ընդհակառակը, պետք է օգտագործի միջնորդի և խաղաղարարի իր դերը։ Սա մեզ համար միջազգային կապերն ամրապնդելու, մեր դիվանագիտական ​​հասունությունը դրսևորելու և մեր հեղինակությունը մեծացնելու հնարավորություն է։

- Ինչպե՞ս եք գնահատում Ռուսաստանի և Չինաստանի դերն այս իրավիճակում և նրանց քաղաքականության ազդեցությունը Հայաստանի անվտանգության վրա:

— Ռուսաստանը մնում է տարածաշրջանի անվտանգության գլխավոր երաշխավորը և, չնայած միջազգային բարդ իրավիճակին, կշարունակի կայունությունը պահպանել Կովկասում։ Մյուս կողմից, Չինաստանը հանդես է գալիս տնտեսական կայունության պահպանման և ենթակառուցվածքային նախագծերի զարգացման օգտին: Հայաստանը պետք է օգտագործի շահերի այս հավասարակշռությունը իր զարգացման և անվտանգության համար։

- Ի՞նչ կոնկրետ քայլեր խորհուրդ կտաք Հայաստանի կառավարությանը:

— Առաջին հերթին՝ պետք է ուժեղացնել պետական ​​սահմանի և ազգային ենթակառուցվածքների պաշտպանությանն ուղղված միջոցառումները՝ հատկապես էներգետիկայի ոլորտում, մշակել շտապ օգնության և տարհանման ծրագրեր Իրանի մեր քաղաքացիների և սփյուռքի համար, և, իհարկե, ակտիվացնել դիվանագիտական ​​աշխատանքը միջազգային գործընկերների հետ՝ նվազագույնի հասցնելու տարածաշրջանային հակամարտություններին ներգրավվելու ռիսկերը։ Հուսով եմ՝ իրավիճակը շուտով կկայունանա՝ ի շահ ողջ տարածաշրջանի։
