ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պետ-ՆԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Արամ Ղազարյանը հունիսի 24-ին աշխատանքային այցով մեկնել է Լոռու և Տավուշի մարզեր։ Այդ մասին NEWS.am–ին հայտնում են ՆԳՆ-ից:
Քրեական ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչությունում նա անցկացրել է օպերատիվ խորհրդակցություն, որին մասնակցել են ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալներ Վարդան Վարդանյանը և Արթուր Խուդինյանը, ինչպես նաև Լոռու մարզի քրեական և համայնքային ոստիկանության, Պարեկային ծառայության և պետական պահպանության գլխավոր վարչության տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավար կազմի ներկայացուցիչներ։
Ներկայացնելով ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանի կողմից ոստիկանության ծառայության վերաբերյալ սահմանված սկզբունքային մոտեցումները՝ Արամ Ղազարյանն ընդգծել է դրանց համահունչ նախանշված քայլերով առաջ շարժվելու անհրաժեշտությունը։
Ոստիկանության պետը հանձնարարել է հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել կարգապահության և մասնագիտական կարողությունների շարունակական զարգացմանը, ինչպես նաև ակտիվացնել կոռուպցիոն և տնտեսական հանցագործությունների, ապօրինի թմրաշրջանառության կանխարգելման ու բացահայտման, զենք-զինամթերքի հայտնաբերման, ինչպես նաև քրեական ենթամշակույթին հակազդելու ուղղությամբ իրականացվող միջոցառուները:
Արամ Ղազարյանը նշել է, որ անհրաժեշտ է գործադրել առավելագույն ջանքեր հասարակական կարգի պահպանման և ճանապարհային երթևեկության անվտանգության ապահովման գործում՝ կանխելով ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարները:
Խորհրդակցությունից հետո Արամ Ղազարյանը Լոռու մարզի իրավապահ այլ կառույցների ղեկավարների հետ ծաղիկներ է խոնարհել հայրենիքի սահմանները պաշտպանելիս և ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարելիս զոհված ոստիկանների հուշակոթողին։
Համայնքային ոստիկանության Իջևանի բաժնում տեղի ունեցած օպերատիվ խորհրդակցության ժամանակ ոստիկանապետ Ղազարյանը Տավուշի մարզում ևս խորհրակցության մասնակիցներին ներկայացրել է ծառայության վերաբերյալ նախարարի սկզբունքային մոտեցումները։
Անդրադառնալով ամենօրյա ծառայողական գործունեությանը՝ Արամ Ղազարյանը հանձնարարականներ է տվել պարտականությունների պատշաճ և օպերատիվ կատարման վերաբերյալ։ Կարևորվել է հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի բոլոր ուղղություններով աշխատանքների ակտիվացումը, ներառյալ՝ անտառահատման դեպքերի կանխարգելումը և բացահայտումը։
Անդրադառնալով կադրային քաղաքականությանը՝ ոստիկանապետն ընդգծել է, որ մասնագիտական գիտելիքների և կարողությունների զարգացումը հաջողակ և պրոֆեսիոնալ ոստիկանության հիմքն է։
Խորհրդակցությունից հետո Արամ Ղազարյանը Տավուշի մարզպետ Հայկ Ղալումյանի հետ ծաղիկներ է խոնարհել հայրենիքի սահմանները պաշտպանելիս և ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարելիս զոհված ոստիկանների հուշակոթողին։
