Լուսանկարիչ, օպերատոր Գառնիկ Մելիք-Կարապետյանը 1-ին խմբի զինվորական հաշմանդամ էր։ «Իմ Բանակը» վավերագրական ֆիլմը նկարել է 2 հենակներով: Նրա կյանքն ընդհատվեց շատ հանկարծակի՝
բժշկական սխալի պատճառով, երբ նա ընդամենը 37 տարեկան էր...
«Գառնիկը Հայաստանում առաջինն էր, ում դիպլոմային աշխատանքը ֆոտոֆիլմ էր: Մրցույթների մասնակից և դափնեկիր է։
Մասնագիտական կրթությունը ստացել է Երևանի թատրոնի և կինոյի պետական ինստիտուտում, Հայաստանի պետական մանկավարժական համալսարանի կինոօպերատորության բաժնում։
Նկարել է «Իմ Հայաստան աշխարհ» ֆոտոֆիլմը, որը «Ես եմ» միջազգային կինոփառատոնում արժանացավ «Լավագույն վավերագրական ֆիլմ» մրցանակին։ Աշխատել է «Շողակաթ» հեռուստաընկերությունում, Օրդֆիլմում: «Բարս Մեդիայում» Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության պատվերով «Իմ բանակը» բազմասերիանոց վավերագրական ֆիլմի օպերատորներից է»,- Tert.am Life-ի հետ զրույցում պատմեց լուսանկարչի քույրը՝ Աննա Կարապետյանը:
Աննան պատմեց, որ Գառնիկը զինվորական հաշմանդամ էր և տեղաշարժվում էր երկու հենակներով, բայց իր աշխատանքը կատարում էր նվիրումով, անտրտունջ։
«Գառնիկի հետաքրքրությունների շրջանակն անսահման էր։
Շուտով նա սկսեց զբաղվել նաև կաշեգործությամբ` հիմնելով Craftman բրենդը։ Գործերը բացառապես ձեռքի աշխատանքներ էին: Գառնիկը սիրում էր իր հայրենիքը, և նրա բոլոր ծրագրերը միայն իր հայրենիքի հետ էին կապված»,- մեզ հետ զրույցում նշեց Աննան:
Նա նշեց, որ հունիսի 28-ից հուլիսի 2-ը՝ Իգիթյանի անվան գեղագիտության ազգային կենտրոնում տեղի կունենա Գառնիկ Մելիք-Կարապետյանի անհատական լուսանկարչական ցուցահանդեսը` նվիրված նրա հիշատակին։ Ցուցահանդեսը կրում է «Իմ Հայաստան աշխարհ» խորագիրը։
«Այդպես են կոչվում նաև Գառնիկի հեղինակային ֆոտոֆիլմաշարերը։ Ներկայացված են Գառնիկի տարբեր ժամանակների աշխատանքներից բնանկարներ, դիմանկարներ և այլն։ Կցուցադրվեն նաև իր կաշվե ձեռքի աշխատանքները: Այս անգամ 61 կամ մի քանի ավելի նկար ենք ցուցադրում»,- ամփոփեց Աննա Կարապետյանը:
