Իշխանությունը ՀՅԴ-ից նոր եւ թարմ անուններ է ուզում

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ, ՀՀԿ մամուլի խոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը երեկ ՀՀԿ Գործադիր մարմնի նիստի ավարտից հետո հայտարարեց, որ ԳՄ նիստում ՀՅԴ-ի հետ կոալիցիայի կամ, ինչպես դաշնակցականներն են սիրում ասել, համագործակցության հարց չի քննարկվել: Իրականում այդ հարցը եղել է քննարկման հիմնական թեմաներից մեկը, սակայն դրա մասին դեռեւս չի հայտարարվում արդյունքների բացակայության պատճառով: Մինչդեռ սպասվում էր, որ արդեն այսօր հնարավոր է հայտարարվի, թե այդ համագործակցության արդյունքում ինչ կրող է ստանալ Դաշնակցությունը:

Իսկ արդյունքի բացակայությունը ՀՀԿ ղեկավարները պայմանավորել են Դաշնակցության ոչ կոնստրուկտիվ, այսպես կոչված ապակառուցողական կեցվածքով: Խնդիրն այն է, որ բանակցությունների առաջին փուլում նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը Դաշնակությանը ներկայացրել է այն ոլորտները, որոնց ղեկավարումը իշխանությունը պատրաստ էր հանձնել Դաշնակցությանը: Ինչպես արդեն առիթ ենք ունեցել գրելու, դրանք են Տարածքային կառավարման, Էկոնոմիկայի ու Աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական ապահովության նախարարությունները, ինչպես նաեւ Շիրակի եւ Արագածոտնի մարզպետարանները: Իշխանությունը ՀՅԴ-ին առաջարկել է այդ պաշտոնների համար թեկնածուներ առաջադրել, որից հետո պետք է տեղի ունենար բանակցությունների երկրորդ փուլը, եւ եթե հնարավոր լիներ համաձայնության հասնել, ապա այդ թեկնածուները կնշանակվեին նախարարներ եւ մարզպետեր:

Իշխանության եւ ՀՅԴ-ի միջեւ համաձայնության կայացումը, սակայն, անհնարին է դառնում, որովհետեւ ՀՅԴ-ն իշխանությանն է ներկայացնում խիստ վարկաբեկված եւ հանրային վստահություն չվայելող գործիչների ցուցակ: Երեկ տեղի ունեցած նիստի ժամանակ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը իր կուսակիցներին տեղեկացրել է, որ իր համար անընդունելի է, երբ ՀՅԴ-ն Տարածքային կառավարման նախարարի պաշտոնում ներկայացնում է նախկինում Քաղաքաշինության, ապա Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի պաշտոնները զբաղեցրած Դավիթ Լոքյանի թեկնածությունը: Նախագահն իր դժգոհությունն է հայտնել Արագածոտնի մարզպետի պաշտոնում ՀՅԴ կողմից ներկայացված Գագիկ Գյոզալյանի եւ Շիրակի մարզպետի պաշտոնի համար ներկայացված Հակոբ Մաթիլյանի թեկնածության առնչությամբ:

Նախագահը հայտարարել է, որ թեեւ իրենք պատրաստ են ՀՅԴ-ի հետ համագործակցության, սակայն դա չի նշանակում, որ իշխանությունը պետք է պաշտոններ տա վարկաբեկված, իրենց ղեկավարած ոլորտներում տապալված, մարզերի բնակչության մոտ բացասական ընկալում ունեցող գործիչների, որովհետեւ դա ազդելու է ոչ միայն առանձին վերցված ՀՅԴ-ի, այլ նաեւ ամբողջ իշխանության հեղինակության վրա:

Գերագույն մարմնի նիստում խոսակցություն է եղել, որ ՀՅԴ ներկայացրած թեկնածուներից առայժմ միակ ընդունելին Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի պաշտոնում առաջադրված Արծվիկ Մինասյանն է»:
