Նամակում, մասնավորապես, ասված է․
«Ինչ հաջողվեց ներկա իշխանություններին
Մեր փոքր, բայց ֆանտաստիկ երկիրը դարձրեցին գեոպոլիտիկ պայքարի կենտրոն: Գտնվելով թշնամական երկրների շրջափակման մեջ, ցուցադրելով բացառիկ քաղաքական տհասություն՝ շատ արագ փորձեցին ազատվել Ռուսաստանից: Ձգտելով դրան՝ երկիրը տարան բոլոր ուղղություններով, բոլոր փորձություններով, միայն թե «մրմռացնեն» գլխավոր դաշնակցին: Սկսեցին գոռալ Եվրոպայի Միություն՝ առանց հասկանալու որ մեզ այնտեղ չէին ու չեն սպասում:
Նույնիսկ որպես հնարավոր տարբերակ դիտարկեցին մեր երկրի վիլայեթացման սցենարը՝ չհասկանալով, որ անգամ դա պատրաստ չեն իրենց տալու: Խաղաղություն մուրալով՝ ստանում են ամենօրյա զիջումների պարտադրանք, իբր բանակցային, բայց ավելի դաժան նորանոր պայմաններ, քանի որ դիմացինի ախորժակը նույն Արցախի սցենարը Հայաստանի վրա կիրառելն է, մեր Հայաստանն իրենց վերաբնակեցման վայր դարձնելն է: Այդ ամենի պայմաններում մենք ունենալու ենք աշխարհով մեկ սփռված ևս 3 մլն փախստական:
Այս իրավիճակին զուգահեռ՝ գլխավոր դաշնակցի մոտ սուրհանդակ են ուղարկում և փորձում համոզել, որ պատրաստ են ցանկացած ստորացման, միայն թե նա հավատա, որ իրենք նրա համար յուրային են: Խաղերի մեջ մտնելու փորձեր են անում ու չեն հասկանում այդ երկրի մարդկային որակները. այն, որ նրա համար ոչ թե դաշնակից երկրի ղեկավարների կեցվածքը կամ դիրքորոշումներն են կարևոր, այլ վստահելիությունը, կանխատեսելիությունը և ազնվությունը:
Այսօր մեզ նման երկրների գլխավոր առավելությունը կարող է լինել իր սեփական շահերը պաշտպանող, ազնիվ ու վստահելի գործընկերոջ կարգավիճակը, իսկ դրա բացակայությունը, բերեց մեր երկրի ինքնիշխանության ոչ թե ամրապնդմանը, այլ թուլացմանը: Ամեն տեղ ու ամեն օր ինքնիշխանության մասին գոռալով՝ մեր երկիրը վերածեցին ուրիշների ինքնիշխանությունն ամրապնդելու գործիքի:
Մենք միասին, մեր ուժերով վերականգնելու ենք մեր ինքնիշխանությունը, վերադարձնելու ենք վստահելի դաշնակցի մեր համբավը։
