Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածինը խստորեն դատապարտում է հունիսի 28-ին Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդ Տ. Միքայել արքեպիսկոպոս Աջապահյանի առնչությամբ դատարանի կայացրած կալանավորման և ազատազրկման որոշումը, որն ուղղակի հետևանքն էր վարչապետի և իշխանության բարձրաստիճան մյուս պաշտոնյաների եկեղեցահալած քաղաքականության և եկեղեցականների դեմ թշնամանքի ու ատելության խոսքի։ Այս մասին ասված է Մայր Աթոռի տարածած հայտարարության մեջ։
