Իսրայելի դատարանը չեղարկել է այս շաբաթ Նեթանյահուի ցուցմունքներ տալը

Երուսաղեմի շրջանային դատարանը հայտարարել է, որ չեղարկում է քրեական գործով Իսրայելի վարչապետ Բենիամին Նեթանյահուի՝ այս շաբաթվա համար նախատեսված ցուցմունքները՝ այն բանից հետո, երբ նա այսօր ելույթ է ունեցել այդ գործով փակ դատական նիստում, հայտնում է Times of Israel-ը։
Նեթանյահուն դատարանին խնդրել էր դիվանագիտական և ազգային անվտանգության հարցերով իր ցուցմունքները, որոնք նախատեսված էին առաջիկա երկու շաբաթվա համար, հետաձգել այն բանից հետո, երբ ուրբաթ օրը երկու նման խնդրանք մերժվել էր։
Այսօրվա դատական նիստին ներկա են եղել նաև ՑԱԽԱԼ-ի ռազմական հետախուզության ղեկավարը և «Մոսադի» ղեկավարը, որոնք դատավորներին բացատրել են, թե ինչու է անհրաժեշտ հետաձգել ցուցմունք տալու վերաբերյալ լսումները։
Իրենց որոշման մեջ դատավորները նշել են, որ ներկայացված բացատրությունները էական լրացուցիչ տեղեկություններ են պարունակել՝ համեմատած ուրբաթ օրը ներկայացված հարցումների հետ, և այդ պատճառով որոշել են չեղարկել այս շաբաթվա համար նախատեսված երկու լսումները։
Դատարանը որոշել է առայժմ չեղարկել հաջորդ շաբաթվա լսումները, սակայն հայտարարել է, որ կքննարկի դրա վերաբերյալ հիմնավորված խնդրանքները, եթե դրանք ստացվեն։
Այս քայլը ձեռնարկվել է ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի պնդումից մի քանի ժամ անց, որ դատավարությունը պետք է դադարեցվի, քանի որ այն խանգարում է Գազայի պատերազմը դադարեցնելու և պատանդներին տուն վերադարձնելու ջանքերին, ինչպես նաև Իրանի հանդեպ դիվանագիտությանը։ Սա մեղադրանքների տեղիք է տվել, թե վարչապետն ազգային անվտանգության լուրջ խնդիրներն օգտագործում է դատական հետապնդումից խուսափելու համար։
