Այսօր՝ հունիսի 29-ին, ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Արագածոտնի մարզում։ Ժամը 15։00-ի սահմաններում Երևան-Գյումրի ավտոճանապարհի 74 կմ հատվածում Շիրակի մարզի բնակիչ 34-ամյա Արթուր Ոսկանյանը իր վարած «Toyota Camry» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց, բախվել հողաթմբին և կողաշրջվել։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով 1 հոգի, ով անչափահաս է, տեղափոխվել է «Թալին» բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղից հայտնել են, որ կյանքին վտանգ չի սպառնում։
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Արագածոտնի մարզի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի1-ին դասակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Աղասի Խաչատրյանի, դասակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Արման Սարգսյանի և նույն գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի հրամանատար, օրվա պատասխանատու Ռոման Միրզախանյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Տարածքը սահմանազատել են նույն վաշտի պարեկներ Միսակ Հովհաննիսյանը և Ստեփան Անտանոսյանը։
Վթարի մասին ՊԾ Արագածոտնի մարզի գումարտակից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզայի քննչական վարչության Թալինի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Աղասի Իսահակյանի, Թալինի քննչական բաժնի պետ Արտակ Հակոբյանի և օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։
Վթարի փաստով Թալինի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որտեղ էլ պարզվում է վիրավորի ինքնությունը։
