Վրաստանի բանտից վաղաժամկետ ազատ է արձակվել թուրք միլիոնատեր Գալիփ Օզթյուրքը

Թուրք ամենահայտնի գործարարներից մեկը, Metro Turizm տրանսպորտային կայսրության հիմնադիր և վրացական տնտեսությունում հարյուրավոր միլիոն դոլարներ ներդրած Գալիփ Օզթյուրքը երեք տարվա ազատազրկումից հետո դուրս է եկել Վրաստանի բանտից, հայտնում է Новости-Грузия-ն։
Գործարարին ձերբակալել էին 2022 թվականի մայիսին՝ Բաթումիում նրա տանը և գրասենյակներում իրականացված լայնածավալ խուզարկություններից անմիջապես հետո։ Այն ժամանակ Վրաստանի ֆինանսական ոստիկանությունը նրան կասկածում էր հարկերից խուսափելու, փողերի լվացման և փաստաթղթեր կեղծելու մեջ։ Սակայն դատարանն արդյունքում Օզթյուրքին դատապարտեց թմրանյութերի պահպանման համար. նրա տանը հայտնաբերել էին 7,2 գրամ կոկաին։ 2023 թվականի փետրվարին նրան դատապարտել էին ութ տարվա ազատազրկման։
Սակայն 2025 թվականի հունիսին նա անսպասելիորեն հայտնվեց ազատության մեջ։ Ընդ որում, աղբյուրները նրա ազատ արձակման տարբեր հիմքեր են նշում։ Այսպես, Taka Gazete թերթը գրում է, որ Օզթյուրքն ազատ է արձակվել պայմանական վաղաժամկետ ազատման կարգով՝ հսկողության ներքո։ Ըստ Günaydın Samsun-ի, ազատ արձակումը հնարավոր է դարձել փաստաբանների բողոքարկումից և գործի վերանայումից հետո։ Իսկ վրացական Batumelebi պարբերականը, հղում անելով պաշտպանական կողմին, պնդում է, որ գործարարն ընդունել է մեղքը, ինչն էլ ճանապարհ է բացել ժամկետի կրճատման համար։
Օզթյուրքն ունի հարուստ և հակասական կենսագրություն։ Թուրքիայում նա մեկ անգամ չէ, որ հայտնվել է ֆինանսական գործերով հետաքննությունների կենտրոնում, սակայն միշտ ջրից չոր է դուրս եկել։ 2018 թվականին թուրքական դատարանը նրան ցմահ ազատազրկման էր դատապարտել սպանության կազմակերպման համար, սակայն այդ պահին նա արդեն Վրաստանում էր, որտեղ ստացել էր երկրորդ քաղաքացիություն։
Վրաստանում Օզթյուրքը դարձավ նկատելի դեմք. ներդրումներ էր կատարում հյուրանոցներում, առևտրի կենտրոններում, տրանսպորտի և շինարարության ոլորտներում, կառավարության ղեկավարների հետ մասնակցում էր պաշտոնական միջոցառումներին։ 2020 թվականի տվյալներով՝ երկրում նրա ներդրումների ընդհանուր ծավալը կարող էր հասնել 500 միլիոն դոլարի։ Նրա ամենահայտնի ակտիվը Բաթումիի Euphoria հյուրանոցն է։
Գործարարի ձերբակալությունից հետո Անկարան պահանջում էր նրա արտահանձնումը, սակայն դա այդպես էլ տեղի չունեցավ։ Օզթյուրքը մնում էր Վրաստանի իրավազորության ներքո։
