Վորոնեժի մարզում սկսվել են լայնածավալ խուզարկություններ և ադրբեջանցիների ձերբակալություններ, գրում է «Новые известия»-ն։

Ինչպես հաղորդում է լրատվամիջոցը, Վորոնեժի Ալեքսեևսկի շուկան («Չեռնոզեմյե» փոքր մեծածախ բազա) վաղուց ի վեր անվտանգության ուժերի ուշադրության կենտրոնում է։ Տարին մի քանի անգամ այստեղ խուզարկություններ են անցկացվում միգրացիայի ոլորտում խախտումները հայտնաբերելու համար։ Տեղի բնակիչները պարբերաբար բողոքում են նորեկների վարքագծից և ոչ սանիտարական պայմաններից։

Հունիսի կեսերին իրավիճակը կրկին դուրս եկավ վերահսկողությունից։ Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Два майора» տելեգրամյան ալիքը և այլ լրատվամիջոցներ, միգրանտների մի խումբ արգելափակել է բեռներ տեղափոխող ռուս վարորդի բեռնատարը։ Նրանք պահանջել են, որ մեքենան մի քանի օրով թողնի, որպեսզի օգտագործեն առևտրի նպատակով։

«Շուկայի տերերը» սպառնացել են, այդ թվում՝ «սուր և կտրող առարկաներով», խոստացել են այրել մեքենան՝ ընդգծելով, որ դրա համար իրենց ոչինչ չեն անի։

Աղբյուրի հաղորդմամբ, բեռնատարն արգելափակել են Ադրբեջանից եկած մարդիկ։

Վարորդին փրկելու համար պահանջվել են «Ռուսական համայնքի» ուժերը և ոստիկանության ուժեղացված ջոկատը։

Իրավիճակը անձնական վերահսկողության տակ է վերցրել Ռուսաստանի ՆԳՆ միգրացիոն ծառայության ղեկավար, ոստիկանության գեներալ-գնդապետ Անդրեյ Կիկոտը, որն այս պաշտոնում նշանակվել է ապրիլի 2-ին: Հունիսի 25-ին Ալեքսեևսկի շուկայում սկսվել է լայնածավալ խուզարկություն՝ ՆԳՆ-ի և Ռոսգվարդիայի աշխատակիցների մասնակցությամբ՝ «Անլեգալ-2025» օպերատիվ-կանխարգելիչ գործողության շրջանակներում: Ռուսաստանի ՆԳՆ միգրացիոն գործերի գլխավոր վարչության մամուլի ծառայությունը պարզաբանել է, որ երեք միջոցառում է անցկացվել:

Խուզարկության ընթացքում ստուգվել է ավելի քան 450 մարդ: Միգրացիոն օրենսդրության խախտման համար վարչական պատասխանատվության է ենթարկվել 42 օտարերկրացի, զինվորական հաշվառման կանգնելու ծանուցում է տրվել 17 հոգու:

«Անլեգալ-2025» գործողության ներկայիս փուլում առևտրային օբյեկտի տարածքում միգրացիոն օրենսդրության բազմակի կոպիտ խախտումների հայտնաբերման պատճառով նշված շուկայում կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումները կիրականացվեն շարունակական հիմունքներով մինչև օրենքի խախտումներին նպաստող պատճառների և պայմանների լիակատար վերացումը», - հայտարարել է ՆԳՆ միգրացիայի գլխավոր վարչությունը:
