IDBank-ը կրկին Հաճախորդների շնորհակալության օր է կազմակերպել, այս անգամ՝ Արաբկիր մասնաճյուղում։ Սիրված ավանդույթը Բանկն ամեն անգամ տանում է տարբեր մասնաճյուղեր՝ սպասարկվող հաճախորդների համար այդ օրը վերածելով տոնի։

IDBank-ի Հաճախորդների փորձառության մենեջեր Սեդա Ավագյանն էլ նշեց․ «Մեր հաճախորդները մեր տարբեր նախաձեռնությունների ու անակնկալների միջոցով հաճախ են ստանում մեր շնորհակալությունն ու երախտագիտությունը, մենք էլ ամեն անգամ լսում ենք դրական հետադարձ կապ։ Շնորհակալության օրվա ավանդույթը շարունակելով՝ եկել ենք Արաբկիր՝ ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծելու, որ IDBank-ի կարևոր առաքելությունը առաջին հերթին հաճախորդներին լավագույն սպասարկմամբ ապահովելն է։ Օրը, իրոք, ստացված է այստեղ», - ասաց Սեդա Ավագյանը։
