Դուք նույնիսկ չեք կարող պատկերացնել, ինչքան վտանգավոր են կազմվածքի ու առողջության համար որոշ մթերքներ: Ճիշտ է, մեկ առանձին վերցրած մթերքը որեւէ վնաս չի հասցնում, սակայն եթե Դուք մշտապես սնվեք դրանցով, արդյունքները սարսափելի կարող են լինել:
Ահա մի քանի մթերք, որոնցից պետք է հավերժ հրաժարվել:
1. Միկրոալիքային վառարանում պատրաստված պոպկորն
Պոպկորնի փաթեթի մեջ պերֆտորոկապրիլակին թթու կա՝ քիմիկատ, ոչը կապված է միզապարկի քաղցկեղի զարգացման վտանգների հետ, վահանաձեւ գեղձի հիվանդությունների եւ արյան մեջ խոլեստերինի մակարդակի բարձրացման հետ: Մասնագետների խոսքով՝ այս քիմիկատի մոտ քսան տոկոսը մենք ստանում է միկրոալիքային վառարանում պատրաստված պոպկորնից:
2. Վերամշակված միս
Հոթ-դոգը, բեկոնն ու վերամշակված մսի այլ տեսակները իրենց մեջ բազմաթիվ ճարպեր, աղեր ու կոնսերվաատներ են պարունակում, ինչպես նաեւ նիտրիտներ ու նիտրատներ, որոնց մեծ մասը կարող է քաղցկեղային հիվանդությունների եւ բազմաթիվ այլ հիվանդությունների պատճառ դառնալ:
3. Ձկնեղեն՝ ֆերմայից
Ֆերմաներում աճեցրած ձուկը, հավանաբար, սնվել է գենետիկորեն մոդիֆիկացված նյութերով: Այպիսի ձկնեղենի մեծ մասի մեջ կարող են վտանգավոր պեստիցիդներ պարունակվել եւ տոկսիններ: Շատ ավելի անվտանգ է, գիտնականների խոսքով, այնպիսի ձկնեղեն նախընտրել, որն աճեցվել է վայրի պայմաններում:
4. Մարգարին
Մարգարինում տրանսճարպեր են պարունակվում, որոնք բարձրացնում են խոլեստերինի մակարդը արյան մեջ եւ դրանով իսկ վնասում անոթների պատերը: Ինչքան պինդ է մարգարինը, այդքան ավելի շատ վտանգավոր նյութեր է պարունակում:
5. Հյութեր ու էներգետիկ խմիչքներ
