Կոնվերս Բանկի ներկայացուցիչը որպես խոսնակ է հանդես եկել «Compliance in Practice» թեմայով քննարկմանը

Կոնվերս Բանկի ֆինանսական մոնիտորինգի վարչության պետ Զարուհի Ավակիմյանը որպես խոսնակ մասնակցել է Փողերի լվացման դեմ պայքարի և համապատասխանության 16-րդ միջազգային համաժողովին, որը կայացել է 2025 թվականի հունիսի 10-ին Բրատիսլավայում, Սլովակիա։
Մասնակիցների թվում են եղել ներկայացուցիչներ Բուլղարիայից, Լեհաստանից, Չեխիայից, Հունգարիայից և Արևելյան Եվրոպայի առաջատար բանկերից։
Զարուհի Ավակիմյանը որպես բանախոս է հանդես եկել «Compliance in Practice» թեմայով պանելային քննարկմանը, ինչի շրջանակում անդրադարձ է կատարվել ԱԲ արագ զարգացման հետևանքով ֆինանսական հանցագործությունների հակազդման համակարգերում ծագող մարտահրավերներին, ինչպես նաև ռիսկերի գնահատմանը և կառավարման նոր մոտեցումներին։
Իր խոսքում Զարուհի Ավակիմյանն ընդգծել է, որ Կոնվերս Բանկը դեռևս ավելի քան մեկ տասնամյակ առաջ հանձնառություն է ստանձնել ներդնել և օգտագործել միջազգային լավագույն փորձին համապատասխանող արդյունավետ համակարգեր ֆինանսական հանցագործությունների կանխարգելման և պատժամիջոցների պահանջների կատարման համար:
Նա նշել է․ «Ֆինանսական հանցագործությունների ռիսկը տարեցտարի աճում է, իսկ 2022 թվականից հետո աճել է նաև պատժամիջոցների համապատասխանության ռիսկը, մասնավորապես, պատժամիջոցների բնույթն ու կիրառման մեխանիզմները դարձել են առավել բարդ և դինամիկ: Դրանց դեմ արդյունավետ պայքարի համար պահանջվում է ոչ միայն քաղաքականության և ներքին կանոնակարգերի սահմանում ու կիրառում, այլև ռիսկերի բացահայտում և արագ արձագանքում։ Կոնվերս Բանկը պատրաստակամ է շարունակաբար զարգացնելու համակարգերը՝ այս մարտահրավերներին արդյունավետ դիմակայելու համար»:
Անդրադառնալով հսկողական միջոցառումների և տեխնոլոգիական գործիքների կարևորությանը՝ Զարուհի Ավակիմյանն ասել է․ «Գործարքների մոնիտորինգի և վերահսկողության ժամանակակից ծրագրային լուծումների ներդրումը առանցքային նշանակություն ունի համակարգի ճկունությունն ու արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու տեսանկյունից: Նույնքան կարևոր է աշխատակիցների՝ տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում գիտելիքների շարունակական զարգացումը»:
Նշենք, որ համաժողովը կազմակերպվել էր Կենտրոնական և Արևելյան Եվրոպայի բանկային ասոցիացիայի (Banking Association for Central and Eastern Europe – BACEE) և Սլովակիայի ազգային բանկի կողմից հիմնադրված Բանկային կրթության ինստիտուտի (Institute of Banking Education of NBS, NPO) նախաձեռնությամբ։
