Նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանը 4 տարում 2 բնակարան է գնել. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Էկոնոմիկայի ներկայիս նախարար Գեւորգ Պապոյանը, ով փորձում է թաքցնել մինչեւ 2018 թվականն ուենցած իր ՀՀԿ-ական անցյալը, ՔՊ-ի օրոք դարձավ ոչ միայն նախարար, այլ նաեւ մի շարք կառույցների խորհրդի անդամ կամ նախագահ: Նա ՔՊ վարչության կազմում հայտնվեց եւ դարձավ առաջամարտիկ` փոխնախագահ, եւ այս ընթացքում կուտակեց կապիտալ։
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը պաշտոնական աղբյուրներից տեղեկացավ, որ Գեւորգ Պապոյանը 2018 թվականին գնել է 1 բնակարան բազմաբնակարան շենքում, հետո եւս մեկը գնել է 2022 թվականին. երկու բնակարաններն էլ Երեւանում են:
Որպես տրանսպորտային միջոց՝ նախարար Պապոյանը հայտարարագրել է 1992 թվականի արտադրության VAZ մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա, բայց նա ծառայողական ավտոմեքենայով է երթեւեկում:
Ինչ վերաբերում է ֆինանսական միջոցներին, ապա նախարարի բանկային ավանդները կազմել են 27 հազար 475 դոլար, իսկ բանկային հաշիվների մնացորդները գրեթե 4,2 մլն դրամ։ Կանխիկ դրամական միջոցները կազմել են 1,9 մլն դրամ։
Տեղեկացնենք, որ Գեւորգ Պապոյանի՝ 2024 թվականի տարեկան եկամուտները կազմել են 25 մլն 414 հազար դրամ, որից 16 մլն 191 հազար դրամը աշխատանքի վարձատրություն է ՀՀ Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունից, 2 մլն 984 հազարը՝ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակազմից։ Նախարարը 3 մլն 594 հազար դրամ աշխատանքի վարձատրություն է ստացել նաեւ Հայաստանի պետական տնտեսագիտական համալսարանից։ Պապոյանը ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունից ստացել է եկամտահարկի վերադարձ 1 մլն 729 հազար դրամի չափով։ Նրա եկամուտների մյուս մասը վարկեր են տարբեր բանկերից։ Ստացված վարկերի եւ փոխառությունների մայր գումարի մնացորդը հաշվետու տարվա դեկտեմբերի 31-ի դրությամբ կազմել է 11 մլն 386 հազար դրամ, որը բնակարանի հիփոթեքի մայր գումարի մնացորդն է։
Պաշտոնական աղբյուրներից «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ Գեւորգ Պապոյանը հանդիսանում է «Լիդիան Ռիսորսիզ Արմենիա Լիմիթեդ» բաժնետիրական ընկերության եւ «Համաշխարհային Առեւտրի Կենտրոն Երեւան» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության ընդհանուր ժողովի անդամ։
Գեւորգ Պապոյանը, լինելով նախկինների քաղաքականության կրողը, հանդիսանում է «Էնթերփրայզ Արմենիա» («Ներդրումների աջակցման կենտրոն» հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամ։ Սա այն նույն ընկերությունն է, որը ղեկավարում է Արարատ Միրզոյանի կինը, իսկ խորհրդի կազմում է ամբողջ ՔՊ վերնախավը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ: Արդեն կանխատեսումներ կան, որ այս հիմնադրամը դառնալու է ԱՆԻՖ-ի նման ձախողված մի հիմնարկ, որը պետբյուջեի համար արժեցավ 5 մլն դրամ:
Նկատենք նաեւ, որ Պապոյանը թաքցնում է մինչեւ 2018 թվականի իր քաղաքական անցյալը. նա 2005-ից 2018 թվականներին եղել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության երիտթեւի անդամ, սակայն Կառավարության կայքում տեղադրված կենսագրականում այդ մասին ոչինչ չկա: Նա խնամքով թաքցնում է «նախկին թալանչի ռեժիմ»-ի մասը կազմած իր անցյալը՝ կատաղի պայքարելով իր իսկ անցյալի դեմ»։
