Ո՞ւր կարող են մեկնել արցախցիները հանգստի՝ 070 կոդով անձնագրերով

Ամռանը՝ ամենաթեժ սեզոնին, բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ ցանկանում են մեկնել արտերկիր՝ ծովափում իրենց հանգիստն անցկացնելու համար։ MediaHub-ին դիմել են Արցախից բռնի տեղահանված մի շարք քաղաքացիներ, որոնց հետաքրքրում է, թե որտե՞ղ իրենք կարող են անցկացնել իրենց հանգիստը, քանի որ շատերն են մերժվում Շենգեն գոտու դեսպանատների կողմից, ո՞ր երկիր կարող են մեկնել հանգստի:
«Արդյո՞ք 070 կոդ ունեցող անձնագրով կարող եմ գնալ, օրինակ, Վրաստան, Մոնտենեգրո, որը ամռանն առանց վիզա է ՀՀ քաղաքացիների համար, կամ, ընդհանրապես, այլ երկիր մեկնելու համար ի՞նչ է պետք»,– հարցադրում է բարձրացնում մեր ընթերցողը։
Այսպիսի անհանգստություններ բռնի տեղահանված արցախցիների կողմից բավականին շատ են, հետևապես MediaHub-ը հետաքրքրվեց տուրիստական գործակալություններից, թե ո՞ւր կարող են մեկնել հանգստի արցախցիները։
Այդ հարցի պատասխանը ստանալու համար՝ մենք զանգահարեցինք մի քանի տուրիստական գործակալություններ, և բոլորն էլ նշեցին, որ բռնի տեղահանված արցախցիները, ովքեր ունեն 070 կոդով անձնագիր և ունեն ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության (փախստականի) վկայական, կարող են մեկնել արտասահման։ Ըստ տուրիստական գործակալությունների՝ արցախցիները կարող են մեկնել Վրաստան, Եգիպտոս, Թունիս, ԱՄԷ, անգամ նաև Մոնտենեգրո ամռանը, երբ եվրոպական այս երկիր մեկնելու համար շենգեն վիզա պետք չէ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին։
Ինչ վերաբերում է եվրոպական այլ երկրներ մեկնելուն, ապա մեր զրուցակից տուրիստական գործակալությունների ներկայացուցիչները միաբերան նշում են, որ դա բավականին բարդ գործընթաց է. գրեթե բոլոր վիզա կենտրոններն ու դեսպանատները մերժում են 070 կոդ ունեցող անձնագրով արցախցիներին։
Նշենք, որ ժամանակավոր պաշտպանություն/փախստականի կարգավիճակ ստացած անձինք ՀՀ–ից ելքի ուղղությամբ սահմանահատում կատարելիս 070 կոդով անձնագրի հետ միաժամանակ պետք է ներկայացնեն նաև ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության վկայականը։
Ըստ ՀՀ կառավարության 2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 17 1649-Ն որոշման՝ վկայականի վավերականության ժամկետի սպառված լինելու պարագայում, ժամանակավոր պաշտպանություն ստացած անձը շարունակում է մնալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության ներքո ևս մեկ տարով (մինչև 2025 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը)։
