Դետեկտիվ ժանրի հետապնդում Երևանում․ « Mercedes G»-ի վարորդը, ով գտնվում էր հետախուզման մեջ, չկարողացավ պարեկներից խույս տալ անգամ անցնելով կարմիր լույսերի տակով

Հունիսի 29-ին, Երևանում տեղի է ունեցել դետեկտիվ ժանրի հետապնդում։
Այդ օրը, ժամը 15-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Երևանի քաղաքի գնդի 3-րդ գումարտակի առաջին վաշտի պարեկները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Գևորգ Թորոսյանի գլխավորությամբ, ծառայություն կատարելու ընթացքում նկատել են, որ Հանրապետության հրապարակում «Mercedes G» ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը երթևեկում է չամրակապված։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը՝ նույն վաշտի պարեկներ Ռաֆիկ Պողոսյանն ու Արա Ենոքյանը՝ սահմանված կարգով իրենց ծառայողական մեքենայի վրա տեղադրված բարձրախոսով հրահանգել են, որպեսզի վարորդը կանգնի։ Սակայն վերջինս, չենթարկվելով պարեկների օրինական կանգառի հրահանգին, դիմել է փախուստի։
Վաշտի հրամանատար Գ. Թորոսյանը այդ մասին տեղեկացրել է գումարտակի հրամանատար Արմեն Գասպարյանին, իսկ վերջինս ռադիոկապով տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է Պարեկային ծառայության Երևանի քաղաքի գնդի հրամանատար Անդրանիկ Իսախանյանին։
Տեղում որոշվում է, որ անհրաժեշտ է հայտնաբերել օրինախախտ վարորդին, և սկսվում է նրա հետապնդումը։
Վարորդը փախուստի է դիմում Հանրապետության հրապարակից՝ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ, Պարոնյան, Լեո, Պռոշյան փողոցներով դեպի Բաղրամյան պողոտա։ Բաղրամյան պողոտայում, տեսնելով, որ այլևս անկարող է շարունակել փախուստը, քանի որ պարեկային երկու ծառայողներ արդեն նրան վերցրել էին շրջափակման մեջ, ավտոմեքենան կանգնեցնում է հանդիպակաց, իջնում է մեքենայից և դիմում փախուստի։
Պարեկները այս անգամ հետապնդում են նրան վազքով և վնասազերծում են՝ կիրառելով հատուկ միջոց, ձեռնաշղթայելով և նշված մեքենայով հանդերձ տեղափոխում են ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արաբկիրի բաժին։
Դեպքի փաստով՝ խուլիգանություն կատարելու հատկանիշներով, ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնում կազմվել են համապատասխան փաստաթղթեր, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիրի քննչական բաժին, որտեղ դեպքի փաստով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ բերման ենթարկվածը Երևանի բնակիչ, 25-ամյա Արսեն Պողոսյանն է, ում նկատմամբ այս տարվա մարտին ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 344-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի, 255-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի և 255-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով հայտարարվել է հետախուզում։
Գ․Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ քննչական բաժինը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան, որպեսզի նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվի երկամսյա կալանք։ Դատարանը բավարարել է միջնորդությունը, և նա տեղափոխվել է ՀՀ Արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայության համապատասխան վայր։
