Արքայախնձոր: Այն օգնում է հագեցվածության զգացումը երկար պահպանել, քանի որ գործում է որպես ախորժակ «մարող»: Օգնում է վերացնել ճարպային բջիջները:
Ցուցումներ: Սննդարար նյութերը հնարավորինս շատ ստանալու համար անհրաժեշտ է այս մթերքներն օգտագործել դատարկ ստամոքսին: Օրինակ կարելի է խառնել 1 ճաշի գդալ աղացած կտավատի սերմ, 1 ճաշի գդալ կոճապղպեղ և 2 կիտրոնի հյութ: Լավ խառնելուց հետո պետք է թողնել խառնուրդը հանգստանա 10 րոպե, ապա հարել այն արքայախնձորի, կես բանանի և սպանախի հոտ ու ըմպել ստացված հյութը:
