Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահը Հ1-ի եթերում հայտարարել է նաև հետևյալը․
«Ընդ որում, եթե Դուք ուշադրություն դարձրեցիք, երբ որ Միքայել Աջապահյանին արդեն քննչի որոշման հիման վրա պետք է ձերբակալում իրականացվեր, ձերբակալման որոշում էր կայացվել և կատարման համար ուղարկվել էր հետաքննական մարմին, Միքայել Աջապահյանը դարձյալ այ էդ իրադրության ժամանակ նշեց, որ էլի եմ ասում, վերահաստատեց այսինքն էդ կոչը: Դա մենք դիտեցինք որպես ռիսկ, որպես նոր արարքի կատարման հավանականություն և դրա համար խափանման միջոցը նաև միջնորդեցինք կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվի»:
ՊԱՇՏՊԱՆԱԿԱՆ ԹԻՄԻ ԱՐՁԱԳԱՆՔԸ․
Այս առումով նշենք, որ Միքայել Սրբազանին ձերբակալելու որոշումը կայացվել է հատկապես նրան կալանավորելու նպատակով դատարան ներկայացնելու համար, որից հետո այդ որոշումը տրվել է հետաքննության մարմնին՝ ձերբակալում իրականացնելու համար, և այդ նպատակով հետաքննության մարմինը գնացել է Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածին, որտեղ էլ Միքայել Սրբազանն այդ նոր հայտարարությունն արել է։
Այստեղ տրամաբանական հարց է ծագում․ եթե քննչական կոմիտեն արդեն իսկ որոշել էր, որ Միքայել Սրբազանին կալանավորելու միջնորդություն պետք է ներկայացնի դատարան, ուստի այդ նպատակով նրան ձերբակալելու մասին որոշում էր կայացրել, ապա ինչպե՞ս կարող է դրանից հետո տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունը հիմք հանդիսանալ կալանքի միջնորդությունը դատարան ներկայացնելու համար։
Եթե քննչական կոմիտեն, ինչպես մեր կողմից մատնանշված «Մանիպուլյացիա 2»֊ում, այս անգամ ևս նախապես է տեղյակ եղել, որ Միքայել Սրբազանն ապագայում նման հայտարարություն է անելու և դա հիմք է հանդիսանալու նրան կալանավորելու միջնորդությունը դատարան ներկայացնելու համար, ապա կրկին խնդրում ենք պաշտոնապես հայտարարել դրա մասին։
