Life.panorama.am-ը գրում է.

61 տարեկան հասակում Լայմա Վայկուլեն ուղղակի հրաշալի տեսք ունի. նիհար, երիտասարդ և միշտ ուրախ։ Արդեն երկար տարիներ նա մնում է  47-49 կիլոգրամի սահամններում։ Իսկ պատճառը այն է, որ նա պահպանում  է  սնվելու սեփական կանոնները։

Ներկայացնում ենք  Վայկուլեի նիհարելու մեթոդը, որը օգնում է  ազատվել 6 կիլոգրամներից ընդամենը 9 օրում։ Պետք է նշել, որ այս դիետան շատ խիստ դիետա  է և պահանջում  է  դիմացկունություն և կամքի ուժ։

Երգչուհու հիմնական կանոնը օրական 2-3 անգամ սնվելն է։ Ընդ որում, սնունդը պետք է լինի մաքսիմալ պարզ։ Որպես միջանկյալ սնունդ Լայման օգտագործում է  կանաչ թեյ` կիտրոնով  և շաքարի փոխարեն`մեղրով։

Լայմա Վայկուլեի դիետան.

Եթե Վայկուլեն ավելորդ քաշ է հավաքում, նա պահում է սնվելու այսպիսի սխեմա. 3 օր ուտում է միայն բրինձ, հաջորդ 3 օրը՝ եփած հավի միս և ևս 3 օր` միայն խնձոր։ Ընդ որում, կարելի է  ուտել բրնձի, հավի և խնձորի ցանկացած տեսակ։

Համի համար նա ավելացնում է մի փոքր սոյայի սոուս և չոր տերևներ։ Եվ պետք է պարտադիր խմել  2 լիտրից ոչ պակաս ջուր։

Լայման նախապատվությունը տալիս է կարմիր բրնձին, քանի որ դրա մեջ օգտակար նյութերը ավելի շատ են։

Հակացուցումներ.

Այս դիետայից չպետք է օգտվեն հղիները, կերակրող մայրերը և երիկամների հետ խնդիրներ ունեցող անձինք։ Երգչուհին երբեք այս սխեմայով չի սնվում, երբ հիվանդ է։ Բացի այդ, այս դիետան չի կարելի կիրառել, եթե ձեր օրգանիզմը թուլացած է կամ դուք նոր եք ապաքինվել։
