Տյումենի հայկական համայնքի ղեկավար Աբրահամ Հովեյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Սահմանադրության օրվա առթիվ․
«Սահմանադրությունը առանցքային դեր է խաղում ցանկացած պետության կյանքում։
30 տարի առաջ՝ 1995 թվականի հուլիսի 5-ին, անկախ Հայաստանի պատմության մեջ տեղի ունեցավ կարևոր իրադարձություն․ համաժողովրդական քվեարկությամբ ընդունվեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրությունը։ Երկրի գլխավոր օրենքի ընդունումը հռչակեց, որ մարդը բարձրագույն արժեք է, իսկ նրա իրավունքներն ու ազատությունները՝ պետության հիմնական առաջնահերթություններ։ 2005 և 2015 թթ․ հանրաքվեների արդյունքում երկրի Մայր օրենքում կատարվեցին փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ։
Պատմությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ արդարությունն ու փոխադարձ հարգանքը, ինչպես նաև օրենքի և կարգուկանոնի գերակայությունը ցանկացած պետության զարգացման և բարգավաճման հիմքերն են։
ՈՒստի, ամեն տարի հուլիսի 5-ին, հաստատելով պետության հիմնական արժեքներն ու սկզբունքները պահպանելու մեր ցանկությունը, մենք պարտավոր ենք հետևել այդ կանոններին։ Դա մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի պարտականությունն է՝ ուղղված բացառապես Հայաստանի և հայ ժողովրդի բարօրությանը։
