Այսօր նշում ենք մեր պետականության հիմնաքար Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության օրը։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է «Հայաստանը ես եմ» նախաձեռնության ղեկավար Նաիրի Սարգսյանը։
«Սա միայն օրենքի տոն չէ։ Սա ազգային կամքի, անկախության և պետականության տոնն է։
Սակայն կարևոր է հիշել՝ այս օրը ունի ավելի խորը արմատներ։
Սահմանադրության հիմքում ընկած է ՀՀ Անկախության հռչակագիրը, որն ընդունվեց 1990 թվականի օգոստոսի 23-ին։
Այդ փաստաթուղթը դարձավ ազատ ու անկախ Հայաստանի ծննդականը, որի վրա էլ կառուցվեց մեր երկրի իրավական համակարգը։
Եվ հենց սա է պատճառը, որ Ադրբեջանը՝ ներքին քայքայիչ իշխանության հետ, փորձում է փոխել մեր Սահմանադրությունը։ Որովհետև երբ փոխում են հիմքը,խարխլվում է ամբողջ շենքը։
Սահմանադրությունն այսօր ոչ միայն իրավական, այլ նաև ազգային անվտանգության հարց է։ Սահմանադրությունը ոչ միայն իրավական փաստաթուղթ է, այլ ժողովրդի կամքի արտահայտությունը, մեր արժեհամակարգի ու ապագայի ուղեցույցը։
Այն հիշեցնում է՝
Մենք ենք պետության տերը։
Օրենքը՝ մեր զենքն է։
Թող Սահմանադրությունը լինի յուրաքանչյուրհայի ձեռքերում, գիտակցության մեջ ուսրտում։
Երկիրը սկսվում է օրենքից։ Օրենքը՝արժանապատիվ քաղաքացուց։
