Էրդողանին քննադատող թուրք մաֆիոզը մահացել է գերմանական հասարակաց տանը, ինչը վերջին երկու ամսվա ընթացքում երկրորդ նմանատիպ միջադեպն է, գրում է գերմանական Bild պարբերականը։
Բանտից ազատվելուց կարճ ժամանակ անց թուրք մաֆիոզ Մուհամմադ Յաքութը գնացել է Կաստրոպ-Ռաուքսել քաղաքի (Հյուսիսային Հռենոս-Վեստֆալիա) մի հասարակաց տուն և նույն գիշերն այնտեղ հանկարծամահ եղել։ Սա վերջին շաբաթների ընթացքում թուրքական մաֆիայի պարագլուխի երկրորդ մահն է։
Յաքութը հանցաշխարհի այն դեմքերից մեկն էր, որը քննադատում էր Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանին և Թուրքիայի իշխող կուսակցությանը։ Ավելի վաղ՝ մայիսին, Նիդեռլանդներում հրազենից սպանվել էր մեկ այլ մաֆիոզ՝ Ջեմիլ Յոնալը։
Նա Էրդողանի բացահայտ քննադատ էր և պնդում էր, որ 25 տարի ընկերություն է արել մեկ այլ մաֆիոզ՝ Սեդաթ Փեքերի հետ։ Փեքերը հայտնի դարձավ YouTube-ում հրապարակված տեսանյութի շնորհիվ, որում նա Թուրքիայի կառավարությանը մեղադրում էր կոռուպցիայի և պատվիրված սպանությունների համար։ Նա այժմ ապրում է վտարանդիության մեջ։
Յաքութը փախել է Թուրքիայից 2023 թվականին՝ քննադատական բովանդակությամբ տեսանյութեր հրապարակելուց հետո։ Թուրք դատախազները միջազգային ձերբակալման հրամանագիր են արձակել զրպարտության և այլ հանցագործությունների համար։ Արտաքսման մեջ նա շարունակում է սպառնալ նոր բացահայտումներով և հանդիպել է այլ պարագլուխների, ներառյալ՝ Էրդողանին բացահայտ սպառնալիքներ հղող Ջեմիլ Յոնալի հետ։
2025 թվականի մայիսի 1-ին Յոնալը հանդիպել է ընկերոջ հետ Հաագայի (Նիդեռլանդներ) մոտակայքի հյուրանոց-ռեստորանում՝ Յաքութի իրավաբանական աջակցության հարցը քննարկելու համար։ Հանկարծ ռեստորան է մտելվ ատրճանակով մի տղամարդ և մոտ հեռավորությունից մի քանի անգամ կրակել է Յոնալի վրա՝ հենց հաճախորդների մեջ սպանելով նրան։
