«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ոչ մեկ անգամ անդրադարձել ենք, որ իշխանությունները ցանկանում են ռուսական ալիքները հեռացնել Հայաստանի մուլտիպլեքսից: Սա հստակ «արևմտյան» պահանջ է, որը կյանքի կոչելուց, սակայն, առայժմ զերծ են մնացել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը, թեկուզ հենց բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներն են ակնարկել այդ մասին: Եվ ահա, վերջին օրերին այս թեման նորից ակտուալ է դարձել:

Մասնավորաբար, Հայաստանի «արևմտյան» որոշ միավորներ նախատեսում են հուլիսի 9-ին բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարության շենքի դիմաց բողոքի ակցիա իրականացնել՝ պահանջելով «ռուսական պետական հեռուստաալիքները անհապաղ անջատել հանրային մուլտիպլեքսից և կաբելային ցանցերից, իսկ «Սպուտնիկ Արմենիայի» գործունեությունն արգելել ՀՀ տարածքում»։

Ավելին, հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ նաև Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի հանձնաժողովը՝ բարձրացնելով մուլտիպլեքսով ռուսական հեռուստաալիքների վերահեռարձակումը դադարեցնելու հարցը՝ դրան տալով մոտավորապես «լայն հասարակության պահանջ» փաթեթավորումը:

ՀՌՀ-ն, բնականաբար, չի խոսում կաբելային հեռարձակումն արգելելու մասին, բայց «արևմտյան» նշյալ միավորները նաև դա են նշում՝ անտեսելով այն հանգամանքը, որ դրանով ոտնահարվում է մարդու՝ տեղեկություն ստանալու և իր վճարման դիմաց համապատասխան ծառայություն ստանալու իրավունքը: Առավել ևս, որ կաբելային ցանցը պատկանում է մասնավոր ընկերություններին, և նրանք են ընտրում՝ ինչ առաջարկեն իրենց սպառողին: Նույն տրամաբանությամբ այլ ուժեր կարող են պահանջել ոչ պակաս «մանիպուլ յատիվ, քարոզչական ներգործություն» իրականացնող արևմտյան հեռուստաալիքների հեռարձակման դադարեցումը կաբելային ցանցերից...
