ՕՊԵԿ+-ը մտադիր է սեպտեմբերին հաստատել նավթի արդյունահանման նոր խոշոր աճը

ՕՊԵԿ+ դաշինքի խոշոր նավթարտադրողները ծրագրում են սեպտեմբերին արդյունահանման զգալի աճ հաստատել։ Դրա մասին հայտնել է Reuters-ը՝ հղում անելով բանակցությունների ընթացքին ծանոթ հինգ աղբյուրների։
Սպասվում է, որ օգոստոսի 3-ի հանդիպման ժամանակ մասնակից երկրները կհաստատեն օրական մոտ 550 հազար բարելով ավելացումը։ Դա կամբողջացնի շուկա օրական 2,17 միլիոն բարելի լրիվ վերադարձը, որն ավելի վաղ սահմանափակել էին ութ երկրների՝ Սաուդյան Արաբիայի, Ռուսաստանի, ԱՄԷ-ի, Քուվեյթի, Օմանի, Իրաքի, Ղազախստանի և Ալժիրի կամավոր կրճատումներով։ Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների քվոտան օրական ևս 300 հազար բարելով ավելացնելու որոշումը ևս լիովին կիրականացվի։
Դաշինքը, որն արտադրում է աշխարհի նավթի մոտ կեսը, տարիներ շարունակ ցածր է պահել արդյունահանումը՝ գները պահպանելու համար։ Սակայն այս տարի ՕՊԵԿ +-ը ԱՄՆ-ի ճնշման ֆոնին փոխում է ուղղությունը և մեծացնում ծավալները՝ փորձելով վերականգնել շուկայական մասնաբաժինը։
Ավելի վաղ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը բենզինի գների աճը զսպելու համար պահանջել էր ավելացնել մատակարարումները։
Ապրիլից ի վեր դաշինքը սկսել է աստիճանաբար վերացնել սահմանափակումները։ Ապրիլին օրական 138 հազար բարելով սկզբնական աճից հետո, մայիսին, հունիսին և հուլիսին հաստատվել է օրական 411 հազար բարելով աճ։ Օգոստոսին արտադրությունը կաճի ևս 548 հազար բարելով։
Եթե սեպտեմբերյան որոշումը կյանքի կոչվի, ապրիլից ի վեր ՕՊԵԿ+-ի արտադրության կուտակային աճը կկազմի օրական մոտ 2,47 միլիոն բարել, ինչը գրեթե հավասար է համաշխարհային պահանջարկի 2,5%-ին։ Սաուդյան Արաբիան կարող է հասնել օրական մոտ 10 միլիոն բարելի, իսկ Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունները՝ մոտ 3,375 միլիոն բարելի մակարդակի։
Այլ կրճատումների վերաբերյալ առանձին համաձայնագրերը մնում են ուժի մեջ. գործում են օրական 3,66 միլիոն բարելի պարտավորություններ, որոնցից 1,66 միլիոնը կամավոր սահմանափակումներ են, իսկ ևս 2 միլիոն բարելը բոլոր մասնակիցների համար ընդհանուր կրճատում է մինչև 2026 թվականի վերջը։
