«Հայաքվեն» պահանջում է քրեական գործ հարուցել ՔՊ-ի կողմից եկեղեցու դեմ հանցագործությունների փաստերի հիման վրա

«Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնությունը պահանջում է, որ գլխավոր դատախազը քրեական գործ հարուցի իշխող կուսակցության կողմից Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու դեմ ուղղված արշավի հետ կապված հանցագործությունների փաստերի վերաբերյալ: Հուլիսի 8-ի կեսօրին նախաձեռնության ներկայացուցիչները եկել են գլխավոր դատախազություն՝ կատարված հանցագործությունների մասին հաղորդագրություն հանձնելու: Պատճենը կտրամադրվի Քննչական կոմիտեին, Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի կոմիտեին և այլ իրավապահ մարմիններին:
Ինչպես լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշել է նախաձեռնության համահիմնադիր Ավետիք Չալաբյանը, խոսքը տարբեր կարգավիճակների, գրառումների, ելույթների, կոչերի և անմեղության կանխավարկածի խախտման մասին է: «Մեկնաբանություններ այնպիսի ոգով, որ ՀԱԿ-ը եկեղեցի չէ, այլ գրեթե ահաբեկչական կազմակերպություն: Ոչ մեկի մեղքը չի ապացուցվել, և ես վստահ եմ, որ այն չի ապացուցվի, քանի որ մեղք չկա: Հանցավոր խումբը ատելության արշավ է սկսել եկեղեցու դեմ», - ընդգծել Չալաբյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ այս պահին կարելի է նշել, որ իշխանությունների կողմից անցկացվող արշավը խախտում է Քրեական օրենսգրքի առնվազն 4 հոդված՝ ատելության հրահրում, խտրականություն, կրոնական կազմակերպության գործունեությանը միջամտություն, անձնական կյանքի անձեռնմխելիության խախտում, լիազորությունների չարաշահում։
Չալաբյանը նշել է, որ աշխատանքային փորձը ցույց է տալիս իրավապահ մարմինների աշխատակիցների՝ ամեն ինչ աննկատ թողնելու ցանկությունը։ «Սա անընդունելի է և նույնիսկ օմբուդսմենը քննադատաբար է արտահայտվել։ Մենք չենք կարող լուռ դիտել, թե ինչպես է ոչնչացվում ամենակարևոր ինստիտուտը, որը 1700 տարեկան է», - ընդգծել է Չալաբյանը։ Նա վստահեցրել է, որ իրավական ոլորտում կարվի հնարավոր ամեն ինչ։ Այնուամենայնիվ, Չալաբյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ գլխավոր դատախազը չի կարողանա խուսափել քրեական գործ հարուցելուց և հավելել է, որ մոտենում է այն ժամանակը, երբ նրա դեմ գործ կհարուցվի հանցավոր խմբի կողմից կատարված հանցագործությունները թաքցնելու համար։
«Ամբողջ աշխարհը պետք է իմանա, որ Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարության քողի տակ բռնապետություն է պարտադրվում», - ընդգծել է Չալաբյանը։
