Նոր մոտեցում` վրաերթի  դեպքերը կրճատելու համար: Հայաստանում գործող «Լուսատիտիկ» ընկերությունը «Լուսավորված եմ, անվտանգ եմ»  նախաձեռնության շրջանակում ներկայացնում է լույս անդրադարձնող պարագաներ` նախատեսված հետիոտնի համար: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Լուսատիտիկ» ապրանքա տեսականու շնորհանդեսի ժամանակ նախաձեռնության անդամ Արթուր Աբովյանը նշեց, որ լույս անդրադարձնող պարագների կիրառումը տարածված է աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում և դրանք բավական պրակտիկ են:

«Լույսն անդրադարձնող պարագաները կարելի է և' հագուստին փակցնել, և' կրել ձեռքին, կամ ամրացնել պայուսակին: Այսինքն`դրանք կրելու հնարավորությունները տարբեր են: Իհարկե, մեր հասարակությունը շատ դժվար է նոր մոտեցումներն ընկալում, բայց պետք է գիտակցել, որ այն շատ կարևոր նշանակություն ունի անվտանգության տեսանկյունից: Մթության մեջ նման պարագաներ կրող հետիտոնին շատ ավելի շուտ կարող է նկատել վարորդը և կանխել հնարավոր պատահարը»,-ասաց Արթուր Աբովյանը:

Հետիոտնի համար նման պարագաներ Հայաստանում ներկայացնելու միտքը հղացավ այն ժամանակ, երբ «Լուսատիտիկ» ընկերության տնօրեն, «Լուսավորված եմ, անվտանգ եմ»  նախաձեռնության հեղինակ Զորիկ Հանիսյանի կյանքում տեղի ունեցավ մի միջադեպ: Նա շատ դժվարությամբ կարողացավ խուսափել հետիոտնին վրաերթի ենթարկելուց: Պատճառը եղել է ոչ բավարար լուսավորվածությունը:

«Եթե յուրաքանչյուր հետիոտն նման լուսարձակող պարագա կրի, ապա հնարավոր կլինի խուսափել վրաերթից: Եվրոպական երկրները վաղուց են այս մոտեցումը կիրառում: Այս պարագաները կրելը նույնիսկ պարտադիր է: Եվ վիճակագրությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ դրանք կիրառելու դեպքում հետիոտնի շրջանում մոտ 65 տոկոսով կրճատվում է զոհերի թիվը»,-ասաց Զորիկ Հանիսյանը:

Նախաձեռնության անդամները նման պարագաները հատկապես են կարևորում մեր հասարակության շրջանում, որովհետև հայտնի է, որ մեր քաղաքացիների մեծ մասն առանձնանում է մուգ գույնի հագուստով: Նախաձեռնության պատասխանատու Մարիաննա Ամիրխանյանն էլ ընդգծեց նաև երեխաների շրջանում այս պարագաների կիրառման կարևորությունը: 

«Իհարկե, մեր հասարակությունը դժվար է նոր մտեցումները կիրառում, սակայն եթե կա գիտակցումն այն մասին, որ նման պարագաները անվտանգության խնդիր են լուծում և պարզապես անհրաժեշտություն են, ապա, կարծում եմ, որ շատերը կսկսեն կիրառել: Երեխաների, ինչու չէ՝ մեծահասկաների շրջանում կիրառելը կօգնի նվազեցնել վրաերթի  հավանականությունը»,-ավելացրեց Մարիաննա Ամիրխանյանը: 

Նախաձեռնության անդամները վստահեցնում են, որ այդ պարագաները էկոլոգիապես մաքուր են: Ապրանքատեսակների հետ կապված մանրամասները ներկայացված են «Լուսատիտիկ»-ի ֆեսյբուքյան էջում: Դրանց վաճառքից ստացված գումարի որոշ մասն օգտագործվելու է բարեգործական նպատակով: Առաջիկայում ապրանքատեսակները կներկայացվեն դպրոցներում, մանկապարտեզներում, կանցկացվեն ֆլեշմոբեր:
