Վահանձեւ գեղձի ֆունկցիան մեր օրգանիզմում չափազանց կարեւոր է։ Այն շատ կարեւոր հորմոններ է արտադրում, եւ եթե այս գեղձը սկսում է դանդաղ աշխատել կամ հակառակը՝ չափից արագ է աշխատում, հորմոնալ խախտումներ են սկսվում։ Դրա համար անչափ կարեւոր է ժամանակին նկատել, որ վահանաձեւ գեղձի հետ խնդիրներ կան։ Ահա այն նշանները, որոնք խոսում են այն մասին, որ այս գեղձի հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունեք։
1. Տխրություն եւ դեպրեսիա
Վահանաձեւ գեղձն ազդում է մարդու տրամադրության վրա, եւ եթե այն դանդաղ է աշխատում, մարդ անընդհատ տխուր, դեպրեսիվ վիճակում է, եթե հիպերակտիվ է՝ մարդ անընդհատ անհանգիստ վիճակում է լինում։
2. Փորկապություն
Սա նույնպես վահանաձեւ գեղձի խնդրի առաջին նշաններից է։
3. Շատ քնել
Եթե նույնիսկ նորմալ քնելու դեպքում անընդհատ ձեր քունը տանում է, շատ եք քնում, վահանաձեւ գեղձը դանդաղ է աշխատում։
4. Մազաթափություն, մաշկի չորություն
Եթե մաշկը չորացել է, եւ մազերն էլ թափվում են, դա եւս կարող է նշանակել, որ հորմոնալ ֆոնը խախտվել է։
5. Անսպասելի գիրացում
Եթե առանց պատճառի կտրուկ գիրացել եք, ու ոչինչ չի օգնում, որ նիհարեք, ստուգեք վահանաձեւ գեղձը։

Սա նույնպես վահանաձեւ գեղձի խնդիրների նշան է։
7. Մկանային ցավեր
Եթե առանց պատճառի, առանց ծանրաբեռնելու մկանները ցավում են, պատճառը կարող է լինել վահանաձեւ գեղձի ֆունկցիայի խախտումը։
8, Դուք հաճախ եք լսում ձեր սրտի բաբախյունը
Իհարկե, երբ լարված եք կամ ծանր գործ եք արել, սրտի բաբախյունը լսելի է։ Սակայն եթե հանգիստ վիճակում զգում եք զարկերը հատկապես՝ պարանոցի եւ դաստակների հատվածում, դա կարող է ոչ թե սրտի, այլ վահանաձեւ գեղձի խնդիր լինել։

Սա իհարկե կարող է այլ հիվանդությունների հետ կապված լինել, սակայն հաճախ նաեւ վահանաձեւ գեղձի խնդիրներից է լինում։

Եթե սկսել եք անընդհատ ինչ-որ բան ուտել եւ ոչ մի կերպ չեք կշտանում, սա նույնպես վահանաձեւ գեղձի խնդրի ամենահաճախ հանդիպող նշաններից է։
12. Դիսկոմֆորտ վզի ու կոկորդի շրջանում
Եթե անընդհատ տպավորություն ունեք, որ կոկորդում գունդ կա ու չի անցնում, վզի շրջանում անհարմարավետություն եք զգում, շտապ դիմեք էնդոկրինոլոգի։
