Տարվա մեկնարկը տրված է ու արդեն իսկ հետաքրքիր զարգացումներ են ուրվագծվում: Մենք ականատես ենք լինում, թե ինչպես է նավթի գինը աննախադեպ անկում ապրում, որից էլ բնականաբար տուժում է մեր գլխավոր գործընկեր Ռուսաստանը: Սակայն այս ամենի ֆոնին, ի տարբերություն անցյալ տարվան, երբ միջազգային գրեթե բոլոր կառույցները հոռետեսական սպասումներ ունեին Հայաստանի տնտեսական աճի վերաբերյալ, այս տարի այդ նույն կազմակերպությունները դրական ցուցանիշներ են հրապարակել:
Գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում' մասնավորապես մանր ու միջին նոր ֆերմաների կառուցման սեկտորում, արդեն իսկ ակտիվացում է նկատվում: Գյուղատնտեսությամբ զբաղվելու ու գյուղմթերք արտադրելու ցանկություն են հայտնում տարատեսակ ոլորտներում գործունեություն ծավալող, ուրույն դիրք զբաղեցնող տարբեր բիզնեսմեններ և անհատներ:
Կարող է ասածս անիրատեսական թվալ, բայց անցյալ տարվա վերջին ամիսներից սկսած' հայրենիք են վերադարձել անգամ արտերկրում, մասնավորապես ՌԴ-ում հիմնական աշխատանք ունեցող քաղաքացիներ և ցանկություն հայտնել զբաղվել կենդանաբուծությամբ:
Վերը նշվածը ըստ իս կարելի է համարել լուրջ ձեռքբերում, քանի որ մինչ այս' ՀՀ-ի մասին բոլոր կանխատեսումները արվում էին Ռուսաստանում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների համատեքստում, իսկ հիմա' համաշխարհային համբավ ունեցող վերլուծականները խոսում են Հայաստանի տնտեսության կայունացման մասին:
Այս ամենում չի կարելի չշեշտել նաև ՀՀ իշխանությունների դերը, քանի որ ներդրված հարկային քաղաքականության, գյուղատնտեսության ֆինանսավորման բազմաթիվ ծրագրերի իրականացման ու նոր շուկաներ ներգրավելու քաղաքականության շնորհիվ Հայաստանյան գյուղմթերքն արտահանվում է ոչ միայն Ռուսաստան, այլ նաև մի շարք այլ երկրներ' մասնավորապես Շվեցարիյա:
Հիշատակված իրողությունների ֆոնին կարելի է փաստել, որ այս ամենի մեջ իր ուրույն դերը ունի նաև Իրանը, որը ըստ էության պատժամիջոցների լծից դուրս գալուց հետո, սկսել է իր հետքը թողնել համաշխարհային տնտեսության վրա: Հատկանշական է, որ հենց Իրան են արտահանվում ՀՀ մանր ու միջին ֆերմերների արտադրած թռչնամսի, մանր եղջերավոր անասունների, ճագարի և մի շարք այլ գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքների զգալի մասը:
