Գործարար, գյուղատնտես Հարություն Մնացականյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

«Ցանկացած երկրում, որտեղ կա համակարգային կոռուպցիա, դա երրորդ երկրի (կլինի հարևան, դաշնակից , թշնամի) հիանալի առիթ է իր շահերն առաջ մղելու տվյալ երկրում, չմանրամասնեմ, արդեն հասկացաք։ Ցանկացած երկրի հետ հարաբերվելիս պիտի սառնասրտորեն ուսումնասիրել այն, առանց էմոցիոնալ պոռթկումների ու հետազոտելուց հետո հասկանալ, թե ինչպես կարելի է հարաբերվել այդ երկրի հետ ինչպե՞ս կարողանալ մեծ օգուտներ քաղել նրանից։

Ծաղկի արտահանման արգելքի թեմայով մի երկու բան ասեմ, լռեմ։ Էս թեմայով երկու սուտ թեզ է պտտվում երկրում։ Առաջին՝ լեգիտիմ աղետի թիմն է պաթոսով խոսում, թե մեր ինքնիշխանությունն ենք պահում բան, երկրորդը ընդդիմադիր որոշ սպեկուլյանտներ պտտում են այն թեզը , թե մենք ռուսի հետույքը համապատասխան ձևով չենք լպստել, այ դրա համար պատժում են, պետք է մեր դարավոր ու ոխերիմ բարեկամի հետույքը նոր թափով լիզել, կամ ներս սողոսկել , որ միգուցե... բայց իրենք էլ չգիտեն հաստատ կթողնի, թե՞...

Ոչ ոք չի ուզում ռեալ իրականությունից խոսի, քանի որ դա կլինի սեփական մտավոր իմբիցիլության մասին ինքնախոստովանական միտք։ Իրենց հետ կա աշխատանքի մեկ լեզու, ու դա հիանալի կիրառում են հրեաները, թուրքերը, մեր հյուսիսային հարևանը, արևելյան հարևանը, ու երբ իրենք հարաբերվելու էդ լեզվին լավ տիրապետում են, նույնիսկ հանրության առաջ դեսպանին են լիկվիդացնում ելույթի ժամանակ, կործանիչ ու ուղղաթիռ են խփում այլ երկրի տարածքում , կոնկրետ թշնամուն մինչեւ դեկտեմբեր 200 000 հատ ԱԹՍ վաճառում ու ոչ մի խնդիր։

Օրինակ Վրաստանին դա չէր խանգարում էսքան տարի լինելով թշնամի , այդ երկրում տարեկան 30 միլիոն լիտրից ավել սպիրտային խմիչք վաճառել, իր ցիտրուսները առանց պրոբլեմ Լարսով մտցներ, էս պայմաններում արևելյան հարևանն ա մատ թափ տալիս, հոխորտում ու նորից շահավետ աշխատում։ Դե մենք ու Սիրիան էինք երևի... աչքիս սաղ էն նախագահին աէրոպորտում չդիմավորելու պատճառով էր։

Քանի կա մեր երկրում նման քաղաքական միտքը, ավելի ճիշտ քաղաքական մտքի իսպառ բացակայությունը, նրանք պիտի այսպես պաթոսախառը «ինքնիշխանություն պահեն» , սրանք էլ մատուցեն, որ հյուսիսային հարևանի հետույքը լավ չենք խցկվել, դրանից է, իսկ գյուղացիները ու ֆերմերները բերքն աճեցնեն, թափեն, աճեցնեն , թափեն, աճեցնեն , թափեն։

Ճշմարիտ եմ ասում մի նորմալ մարդու մանդատ տան, մեկ շաբաթում էս հարցն ամբողջությամբ կլուծի, բայց ... այ դժվարը նորմալ մարդ ճարելն է»։
