Ողբերգական վթար՝ Մասիսում․ զոհը կին է, կա 3 վիրավոր

Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 15-ին, ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։ Ժամը 04։30-ի սահմաններում Մասիս քաղաքի Երևանյան փողոցում բախվել են «ՎԱԶ 2106» մակնիշի և «Ford Transit» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով 1 հոգի տեղում մահացել է, 3 հոգի տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոն։
Վիրավորներին առաջինը օգնության են հասել քաղաքացիները և «Մասիս» բժշկական կենտրոնի շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խմբերը, ովքեր միչև հիվանդանոց տեղափոխելը նախ տեղում առաջին բուժօգնություն են ցուցաբերել։
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության փրկարար ծառայություն Մասիսի հրշեջ փրկարարական ջոկատից՝ 1 մարտական հաշվարկ՝ ջոկատի հրամանատար Բագրատ Դանիելյանի գլխավորությամբ և հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնի թիվ 4-րդ խումբը՝ խմբի պետ Արթուր Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Փրկարարները օգտագործել են հատուկ տեխնիկա, որպեսզի մահացածին դուրս բերեն ավտոմեքենայից, այնուհետև հոսանքազրկել են ավտոմեքենաերը և տեղում իրականացրել հերթապահություն։Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Արարատի մարզի գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի պարեկներ՝ գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Աբել Վարդանյանի, գումարտակի ծառայություն ավագ տեսուչ Սահակ Թադևոսյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Արթուր Զիրոյանի և դասակի հրամանատար Համբարձում Տեր-Պողոսյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Տարածքը սահմանազատել են նույն վաշտի պարեկներ Աղվան Մաթևոսյանը և Լիլիթ Գրիգորյանը։ Դեպքի վայր է ժամանել նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արարատի մարզային վարչության պետ Սարիբեկ Ռուստամյանը։ Դեպքի վայր է ժամանել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վաչության Մասիսի բաժնի հերթապահ խումբը՝ օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահի գլխավորությամբ։
Վթարի մասին ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Տիգրան Շոխոյանի, վարչության պետի տեղակալ Ներսես Մուրադյանի, Մասիսի քննչական բաժնի պետ Դավիթ Բաղդասարյանի և քննիչ Ռոման Սմոյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Վթարի փաստով Ռ․ Սմոյանի որոշմամբ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որտեղ էլ պարզվում են վարորդների, մահացածի և վիրավորների ինքնությունը։ Քննիչի հանձնարարականով ավտոմեքեննաերը տեղափոխվում են ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։ Դեպքի վայրում հավաքվածները նշում էին, որ մահացածը «ՎԱԶ 2106»-ի վիրավոր վարորդի կինն է։
