Air Berlin ավիաընկերության օդաչուները հրաժարվել են աշխատավարձի բարձրացումից

Գերմանական Air Berlin ավիաընկերության օդաչուները ոչ միայն հրաժարվել են աշխատավարձի բարձրացումից, այլեւ համաձայնել են, որ իրենց աշխատավարձը կրճատեն: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Reuters գործակալությունը, ավիաընկերությունը ստիպված է նման միջոցների դիմել վերակազմավորման ծրագրի իրականացման շրջանակում ծախսերը կրճատելու նպատակով:

Ստացված տեղեկությունների համաձայն, տարվա ընթացքում Air Berlin-ի թոփ մենեջմենթի 80 ներկայացուցիչ, այդ թվում նաեւ ընկերության ղեկավար Շտեֆան Պիխլերը, կբախվեն աշխատավարձի 5-10 տոկոսի կրճատման, տեղեկացնում է  Informing-ը:

2016-ին մոտավորապես 4  տոկոսով կնվազեցվի ավիաընկերության օդաչուների աշխատավարձը, որոնց թիվը մոտ 1250 է: Բացի այդ, օդաչուները հրաժարվել են նաեւ եկող տարում  աշխատավարձի ավելացումից: 

Air Berlin-ը մտադիր է նաեւ մոտակա ժամանակներս վերանայել իր աշխատակիցների աշխատանքային գրաֆիկը:  Ընկերության ղեկավարությունն այն եզրակացության է հանգել, որ իրենց համար ավելի հեշտ է կրճատել ընդհանուր առմամբ լրացուցիչ աշխատաժամերի քանակը եւ աշխատակիցների աշխատաժամանակը, քան նրանց վճարել առանձին սակագներով:

Spiegel պորտալն իր հերթին տեղեկացնում է, որ այս տարի,  2013 թվականի պայմանավորվածության համաձայն, Air Berlin-ի աշխատակիցները պիտի աշխատավարձին 4 տոկոս հավելավճար ստանային: Աշխատավարձի ավելացումից հրաժարման նոր համաձայնագիրը պիտի ստորագրվի աշնանը:
