Օգոստոսի 1-ից ապրանքի գնի ներկայացման նոր կանոններ կգործեն. ՄՊՀ-ում տնտեսվարողների հետ հանդիպում է կազմակերպվել

Արդար առևտրի ապահովմանն ուղղված օրենսդրական կարգավորումներով ապրանքի գնի ներկայացման նոր կանոնները տնտեսավարողներին ներկայացնելու նպատակով Մրցակցության պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովում հանդիպում էր կազմակերպվել։ Հայտնում են հանձնաժողովից։
Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի տեղակալ Լիլյա Սիրականյանը, հանձնաժողովի և նախարարության պատասխանատուներ, շահագրգիռ տնտեսավարողներ։
Միջոցառման նպատակն էր ապահովել օգոստոսից 1-ից մեկնարկելիք փոփոխությունների պատշաճ կիրարկումը։
Սպառողների շահերի պաշտպանության բարեփոխումների շրջանակում իրականացված օրենսդրական փոփոխությունները մշակվել են էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության հետ սերտ համագործակցությամբ և հանդիսանում են ՀՀ-ԵՄ Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրով /CEPA/ ստանձնած պարտավորություն։
«Առևտրի և ծառայությունների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում նախատեսված նոր կարգավորումներով օգոստոսի 1-ից ապրանքը վաճառքի ցուցադրելիս պետք է պարտադիր ներկայացնել յուրաքանչյուր ապրանքի անվանումը, վաճառքի գինը և միավոր գինը։
Օրինակ՝ 450 գրամանոց տուփով թթվասերի համար պետք է նշել ոչ միայն դրա վաճառքի գինը, այլև 1 կգ թթվասերի գինը, որպեսզի սպառողները հնարավորություն ունենան միավոր գնի համեմատության արդյունքում արդյունավետ ընտրություն կատարել։
Օրենքի պահանջները խախտելու պարագայում տնտեսավարողները նախ կնախազգուշացվեն, այնուհետև նրանց նկատմամբ տուգանք կկիրառվի։
Մինչև 115 մլն դրամ շրջանառություն ունեցող տնտեսավարողների համար նոր կարգավորումներն ուժի մեջ կմտնեն 2026 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից։
