«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Պաշտպանության նախարարությունն առաջարկում է փոփոխություններ կատարել կառավարության 2025 թվականի ապրիլի 17-ի N 422-Ն որոշման մեջ։ Որոշման նախագծի ընդունումը պայմանավորված է հայտարարված 2025 թվականի ամառային զորակոչի շրջանակներում զորակոչի ենթակա քաղաքացիների առողջական վիճակի հետազոտման գործընթացը ավարտին հասցնելու և դրանց արդյունքներով քաղաքացիների զորակոչի կարգավիճակը հստակեցնելու նպատակով զորակոչի անցկացման ժամկետը երկարաձգելու անհրաժեշտությամբ:

«Շարքային կազմի պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության 2025 թվականի ամառային զորակոչ հայտարարելու և զորացրում կատարելու մասին» կառավարության 2024 թվականի ապրիլի 17-ի N 422-Ն որոշմամբ սահմանված է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արական սեռի քաղաքացիների շարքային կազմի պարտադիր զինվորական և այլընտրանքային ծառայությունների ամառային զորակոչը հայտարարված է 2025 թվականի ապրիլի 21-ից մինչև հուլիսի 31-ը ներառյալ, և զինված ուժերի համալրումը շարքային կազմի պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության կամ այլընտրանքային զինվորական ծառայության ենթակա քաղաքացիներով իրականացվելու է 2025 թվականի հունիսի 23-ից մինչև հուլիսի 31-ը ներառյալ։

2025 թվականի ամառային զորակոչի աշխատանքների ընթացիկ վերլուծությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ հուլիսի 1-ի դրությամբ առողջապահական համակարգի կողմից զորակոչիկների բժշկական հետազոտության գործընթացի դանդաղ ընթացքի, շատ դեպքերում՝ անհարկի ձգձգումների պատճառով հնարավոր չի լինելու մինչև հուլիսի 31-ն ավարտել (ընդ որում՝ որոշման 8-րդ կետի 2-րդ ենթակետով հետազոտությունների և վերափորձաքննության վերջնաժամկետ է սահմանված հուլիսի 25-ը) քաղաքացիների պատշաճ փորձաքննություն և դրանց արդյունքներով զորակոչի ենթակա կամ ոչ ենթակա լինելու հանգամանքի որոշման գործընթացը: Այդ կապակցությամբ և 2025 թվականի ամառային զորակոչին ենթակա քաղաքացիներին անհարկի տարկետումներ տրամադրելու կամ նրանց բժշկական փորձաքննությունը ձմեռային զորակոչ տեղափոխելու դեպքերը բացառելու նպատակով անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել զորակոչի անցկացման ժամկետը երկարաձգել 15 օրով։ Այսպիսով, նախատեսվում է 2025 թվականի ամառային զորակոչի անցկացման ժամկետը երկարաձգել մինչև օգոստոսի 15-ը ներառյալ։

Ի դեպ, հավելենք, որ նույնատիպ նախագիծ ընդունվել է նաև 2024 թվականին՝ նույն պատճառաբանությամբ: Ստացվում է՝ անընդհատ նույն խնդիրը կա, սակայն լուծումներ չեն գտնվում:
