Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 16-ին, խոշոր ավտովթար ու արտակարգ ու վտանգավոր իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Սյունիքի մարզում։ Ժամը 22:00-ի սահմաններում իրանական համարանիշերով «Scania» մակնիշի՝ մոտ 25 տոննա մազութով բեռնված բեռնատարը Կապան-Քաջարան ավտոճանապարհին դեռևս անհայտ հանգամանքներում դուրս է եկել երթևեկելի գոտուց, բախվել բետոնե պաշտպանիչ պատնեշներին ու մասամբ կախվել Ողջի գետի վրա։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների կա տուժած, իսկ վթարի հետևանքով սկսվել է մեծ քանակի մազութի արտահոսք, որը թափվում է Ողջի գետը։

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Փրկարար ծառայության Կապանի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից 2 մարտական հաշվարկ։

Ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Սյունիքի մարզի գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի 1-ին դասակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Գևորգ Զաքարյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության ավագ տեսուչ Նարեկ Մանուչարյանի, դասակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Սարմեն Գալստյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Տարածքը սահմանազատել են նույն վաշտի ավագ պարեկ Սամվել Ղազարյանը ու պարեկ Մարտիկ Մելքումյանը։

Դեպքի մասին տեղեկանալով ՝ Սյունիքի մարզպետ Ռոբերտ Ղուկասյանի կարգադրությամբ ժամանել են նաև մարզպետարանի համապատասխան վարչության աշխատակիցները։

Այս պահին փրկարարները փորձում են անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ իրականացնել և դադարեցնել մազութի արտահոսքը, սակայն աշխատանքները բավականին դժվար են, քանի որ ամեն պահի կա նաև վտանգ, որ հնարավոր է դիզվառելիքով բարձված կցորդիչը հայտնվի գետում։

Դեպքի փաստով ՊԾ Սյունիքի մարզի գումարտակում փաստաթղթեր են ձևակերպվում, սրտեղ էլ պարզում են վարորդի ինքնությունը։
