Հուլիսի 16-ին, ժամը 21:39-ին Սյունիքի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Կապան-Քաջարան ավտոճանապարհին՝ Ձագեձոր գյուղի մոտակայքում, բեռնատարը ընկել է գետը. անհրաժեշտ է փրկարարների օգնությունը: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՆԳՆ փրկարար ծառայությունից:

Դեպքի վայր են մեկնել ՆԳՆ ՓԾ մարզային փրկարարական վարչության և հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատներից օպերատիվ խմբեր և երկու մարտական հաշվարկ։

Տեղեկությունը սահմանված կարգով փոխանցվել է Տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններին և համապատասխան գերատեսչություններին։

Պարզվել է, որ Քաջարան-Կապան ավտոճանապարհի 10-րդ կմ-ին «Scania» մակնիշի կցորդիչով բեռնատարը (ավտոցիստեռն՝ բեռնված 23 տոննա մազութով) դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի հատվածից, բախվել ճամփեզրի բետոնե արգելապատնեշին․ կցորդիչը առանձնացել է բեռնատարից և մասամբ հայտնվել Ողջի գետում:

Ցիստեռնի վնասման հետևանքով տեղի է ունեցել արտահոսք:

Փրկարարների հմուտ գործողությունների շնորհիվ հաջողվել է դադարեցնել մազութի արտահոսքը։

Փրկարարներն իրականացրել են անվադողերի հովացման և ավտոճանապարհահատվածի լվացման աշխատանքներ. սահմանվել է հերթապահություն:

Հատուկ տեխնիկայի օգնությամբ (ավտոկռունկ) կցորդիչը գետից դուրս է բերվել և փոխադրվել է բեռնատարի վրա:

Տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ներկայացուցիչների հետ համատեղ, կիրառելով համապատասխան տեխնիկական միջոցներ՝ փրկարարները կիրականացնեն գետը թափված մազութի հավաքման և մաքրման աշխատանքներ:

Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության «Հիդրոօդերևութաբանության և մոնիթորինգի կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի մասնագետները դեպքի վայրում իրականացրել են ջրի նմուշառում՝ Ողջի գետի ջրի որակի նախնական գնահատման նպատակով։ Նմուշները կուղարկվեն լաբորատոր վերլուծության՝ աղտոտվածության աստիճանն ու տարածման չափերը պարզելու համար։ Հետագա գործողությունները կսահմանվեն ստացված արդյունքներից ելնելով։

Դեպքի առնչությամբ իրականացվում են նաև վերահսկողական միջոցառումներ՝ կանխելու հնարավոր բնապահպանական վնասները և ապահովելու շրջակա բնակավայրերի էկոլոգիական անվտանգությունը։
