Մոսկվան շահագրգռված է Երևանի հետ հարաբերությունների հնարավորինս խոր զարգացման մեջ բոլոր ուղղություններով, հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը՝ մեկնաբանելով երկու երկրների փոխգործակցության հեռանկարները (RBC.ru)։ Ըստ նրա՝ Հայաստանը վարում է բազմավեկտոր քաղաքականություն, այդ թվում՝ հետաքրքրված է անդամակցությամբ Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպությանը։
Ռուսաստանը շահագրգռված է Հայաստանի հետ առավելագույն համագործակցությամբ և մտադիր է զարգացնել հարաբերությունները այդ երկրի հետ, «Մայակ» ռադիոկայանի հետ զրույցում ասել է Պեսկովը։
Ըստ նրա՝ երկու երկրներին միավորում են ինչպես բազմակողմ ձևաչափի համագործակցությունը, այնպես էլ սերտ երկկողմ կապերը։
Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի անդամակցությանը ՀԱՊԿ-ին (Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպություն)՝ Պեսկովը նշել է, որ կազմակերպությունից դուրս գալու հնարավորությունը Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան որոշումն է։ Երևանը 2024-ին «սառեցրել էր» իր անդամակցությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ին և դադարեցրել ֆինանսավորումը։ Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բազմիցս քննադատել է կազմակերպությանը՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում Ադրբեջանի հետ հակամարտության ժամանակ Հայաստանին չաջակցելու համար։ Հուլիսի 16-ի ասուլիսին Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ Հայաստանի՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու հավանականությունը շատ ավելի մեծ է, քան կազմակերպությունում անդամակցության վերականգնումը։
Պեսկովը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը հետաքրքրված է Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպությամբ, որտեղ ներկայում ունի դիտորդի կարգավիճակ և արդեն իսկ ներկայացրել է անդամակցության հայտ։ «Այսինքն՝ նրանք, իրենց կարծիքով, վարում են բազմավեկտոր քաղաքականություն։ Բայց մենք, իհարկե, շահագրգռված ենք հնարավորինս սերտ փոխգործակցությամբ»,- ասել է նա։
Ռուսաստանը նկատում է, որ վերջին տարիներին Երևանը փորձում է հավասարակշռել տարբեր ուղղություններում, սակայն թե ինչ կտա Եվրոպական միության հետ մերձեցումը, ցույց կտա ժամանակը, հավելել է Պեսկովը։
