Ֆեյսբուքամոլություն. Ֆեյսբուքը կարող է դեպրեսիաների պատճառ դառնալ

Վերջին տարիներին մեծ տարածում գտած համացանցը ոչ միայն օգտակար է, այլև կախվածություն առաջացնող: Գիտնականները պարզել են, որ սոցցանցերից կախվածությունը պարզ երևում է մարդու ուղեղում:
Պարզվում է, որ օրինակ «Ֆեյսբուքյան կախվածությունը» կարելի է տեսնել ուղեղում: Նոր հետազոտությունը ցույց է տվել, որ սոցկայքերից կախում ունեցող մարդկանց ուղեղի որոշ հատվածներ նման են թմրամոլների ուղեղի հատվածներին: Սակայն այս համընկնումը լիարժեք չէ։
Ֆեյսբուքից կախվածություն ունեցող մարդկանց ուղեղի իմպուլսիվ համակարգերն ավելի ակտիվ են գործում, սակայն ուղեղի հատվածները, որոնք խթանում են այդ վարքագիծը պարզապես հրաշալի են աշխատում, ի տարբերություն, օրինակ, կոկաին օգտագործող մարդկանց ուղեղի:
Ֆեյսբուքից կախվածության դեպքում, մարդիկ ավելի զգայուն են այդ կայքի հետ կապված ամեն ինչի հանդեպ, ասում է Ֆուլերթոնի Կալիֆորնիայի պետական համալսարանի հոգեբան եւ հետազոտության համահեղինակ Օֆիր Թուրելը (Ofir Turel):
«Նրանք իրենց պահվածքը վերահսկելու ունակություն ունեն, բայց դա անելու համար նրանք շարժառիթ չունեն, որովհետեւ նրանք չեն նկատում, որ հետեւանքները կարող են ծանր լինել», ասել է հոգեբանը:
Ցանկանալով պարզել, թե ինչպիսի ազդեցություն կարող է ունենալ ֆեյսբուքյան կախվածությունն ուղեղի վրա, հետազոտողները 20 ուսանողի խնդրել են Ֆեյսբուքից կախվածության նշանների, օրինակ՝ անհանգստության, կայքի հետ կապված խնդիրների վերաբերյալ հարցաթերթիկներ լրացնել:
Այնուհետեւ մասնագետները նրանց ուղեղները մագնիսա-ռեզոնանսային տոմոգրաֆիայի են ենթարկել, իսկ ուսանողներն այդ ընթացքում համակարգչով Ֆեյսբուքին եւ երթեւեկությանն առնչվող լուսանկարներ են դիտել: Ուսանողներին խնդրել են, յուրաքանչյուր նկարի արձագանքման դեպքում, սեղմել կամ չսեղմել կոճակը:
Պարզվել է՝ Ֆեյսբուքից կախում ունեցող մասնակիցները կայքին առնչվող լուսանկարներ դիտելիս, ավելի արագորեն ու շատ են սեղմել կոճակը: Նաեւ մասնակիցները սխալմամբ ավելի շատ են սեղմել կոճակը, երբ Ֆեյսբուքի լոգոն են նկատել, քան երթեւեկության նշանները: Ըստ էության, Ֆեյսբուքի լոգոն ավելի հզոր խթանիչ է մարդկանց ուղեղի համար, քան երթեւեկության նշանները:Սա նշանակում է, որ մարդիկ երթեւեկելիս, իրենց բջջային հեռախոսներով եկած ձայնային ազդանշաններին կարող են ավելի արագ արձագանքել, քան երթեւեկության նշաններին:
Նշենք, որ բազմաթիվ հետազոտություններ ցույց են տվել, որ Ֆեյսբուքն ու մյուս սոցիալական կայքերը մարդկանց վրա խոր ազդեցություն ունեն: Օրինակ՝ Ֆեյսբուքը կարող է ձախողված հարաբերությունների եւ նույնիսկ դեպրեսիաների պատճառ դառնալ:
