Սյունիքով ճանապարհի արտապատվիրակման ծրագիրը հայ ժողովրդի շահերի դեմ գործընթաց է, այդ թվում՝ բարեկամ երկրների, մասնավորապես՝ Իրանի: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնել է ՀՅԴ Հայաստանի ԳՄ ներկայացուցիչ Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը։
«Արդյո՞ք դա կբերի տարածաշրջանում կոմունիկացիաների բացմանը, խաղաղության հաստատմանը, միանշանակ՝ ոչ, որովհետև արտատարածաշրջանային ուժերի մուտքը մեր տարածաշրջանը դարձնելու է անկայուն, նոր խնդիրներ է ստեղծելու։ 4 տարի հերքել են, որ իրենք «միջանցքի» մասին ունեն պայմանավորվածություն, բայց փաստն այն է, որ ինքն այդ «միջանցքը» վաղուց տվել է, խնդիրն այն է, թե ով կհսկի «միջանցքը»։ Պարզվում է՝ կարող է ամերիկյան կողմը լինել, իսկ Իրանի սահմանին ամերիկյան ուժերի ներկայությունը հղի է շատ ծանր հետևանքներով։ Ամեն կերպ պետք է դա կանխել»,-ասել է Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը։
Սաղաթելյանը նշել է, որ ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքում ճանապարհի վերահսկողությունն արտապատվիրակելը երրորդ կողմ հանդիսացող երկրին հանգեցնելու է Հայաստանի շրջափակմանը և Իրանի հետ կապը դառնալու է խնդրահարույց։
«Հիմարությունը հասել է նրան, որ ասում է՝ Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհին էլ ենք «միջանցք» ասում»,- եզրափակել է ԱԺ պատգամավորը:
