Գազայի հատվածում մոտ 2,1 միլիոն խաղաղ բնակիչ մեկուսացվել է ամբողջ պաղեստինյան անկլավի 12%-ը կազմող տարածքում՝ Իսրայելի ռազմական զանգվածային տեղահանման և ռազմական գործողությունների հրամանների արդյունքում։ Դրա մասին ասված է ՄԱԿ-ի մարդասիրական գործերի համակարգման գրասենյակի (OCHA) տարածած հայտարարության մեջ։
«[Իսրայելական զինվորականների կողմից կենտրոնական պաղեստինյան անկլավի Դեյր էլ-Բալահ շրջանի զանգվածային տեղահանման վերաբերյալ] վերջին հրամանով, տեղահանման հրամանի տակ գտնվող կամ Իսրայելի ռազմական վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող Գազայի տարածքն աճել է շուրջ 87,8%-ով, ինչը 2,1 միլիոն քաղաքացիական անձանց փակուղու մեջ է գցել հատվածի 12%-ը կազմող մասնատված տարածքում՝ գործնականում առանց գործող կենսապահովման ծառայությունների», - նշված է տեքստում։
OCHA-ն գնահատում է, որ նոր հրամանագիրն անդրադրաձել է ամբողջ Դեյր էլ-Բալահ նահանգի վրա՝ մինչև Միջերկրական ծով, ինչը հանգեցրել է պաղեստինյան անկլավի հետագա մասնատմանը։ Արդյունքում, ՄԱԿ-ի և նրա գործընկերների՝ Գազայում անվտանգ և արդյունավետ տեղաշարժվելու կարողությունն ավելի է սահմանափակվել, և «մարդասիրական օգնության հասանելիությունը կտրվել է, երբ դրա կարիքն ամենաշատն էր»։
