«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունն առաջարկում է փոփոխություն կատարել նախարարի 2021 թվականի օգոստոսի 17-ի N 65-Ն հրամանում։ Ներկայում Կրթության կառավարման տեղեկատվական համակարգում (ԿԿՏՀ) գրանցված են Հայաստանում գործող նախադպրոցական, հանրակրթական, նախնական (արհեստագործական), միջին մասնագիտական, բարձրագույն մասնագիտական և հետբուհական հիմնական կրթական ծրագրեր իրականացնող բոլոր ուսումնական հաստատությունները՝ անկախ կազմակերպական-իրավական ձևից և ենթակայությունից։ ԿԿՏՀ ողջ տեղեկատվությունը պահվում է ԿԳՄՍՆ «Կրթական տեխնոլոգիաների ազգային կենտրոն» (ԿՏԱԿ) ՊՈԱԿ-ի սերվերների վրա, որից օգտվելու հնարավորություն ունեն ԿԿՏՀ բոլոր մասնակիցները։ N 65-Ն հրամանի ընդունումից առ այսօր հավաքագրվող, պահպանվող որոշակի ծավալով տեղեկատվություն պահանջված չի եղել և չի ունեցել գործառնական նշանակություն։ Մասնավորապես՝ ուսումնական հաստատությունների՝ բացառությամբ դպրոցների, ֆինանսական գործունեությանը վերաբերող տեղեկատվությունը, որը համապատասխան ոլորտները կարգավորող օրենսդրության պահանջով տրամադրվում և պահպանվում է ֆինանսական ոլորտի պատասխանատու լիազոր մարմիններում, ուսումնական հաստատությունների՝ այնպիսի պարագաներով հագեցվածության վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը, որոնք հանդիսանում են կարճ ժամանակահատվածում սպառվող ապրանքներ և նրանց վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության պարբերաբար թարմացումը անիմաստ է, բուհերի կողմից տրամադրվող մեծածավալ տեղեկատվությունը, իրենց իսկ ինքնավարության սկզբունքից ելնելով, կարող է հավաքագրվել, պահպանվել իրենց մոտ և անհրաժեշտության դեպքում իրենց իսկ կողմից տրամադրվել շահագրգիռ մարմիններին։

Նշված տեղեկատվության տրամադրումը ուսումնական հաստատությունների կողմից ավելորդ աշխատանքային ծանրաբեռնվածություն է ստեղծում իրենց համար և տեխնիկական ծանրաբեռնվածություն՝ ԿՏԱԿ-ի համար, ուստի առաջարկվում է կրճատել ուսհաստատությունների կողմից տրամադրվող տեղեկատվության ծավալը։
