Ռուսաստանի Օմսկ մարզի Լենինսկի շրջանի դատախազությունը վերահսկողության տակ է վերցրել 16-ամյա աղջկա դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործի քննություն։ Նա մեղադրվում է նորածնի սպանության համար (ՌԴ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 106-րդ հոդված)։
Ողբերգությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2025 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ի լույս 18-ի գիշերը Պուտևայա փողոցի վրա տեղակայված հոստելում, գրել են ԶԼՄ-ները։
Քննիչները պարզել են, որ անչափահասը բնակվել է Օմսկի արվարձանում։ Հանրակացարանում նա առողջ տղա է ունեցել։ Չցանկանալով մեծացնել նրան՝ խեղդամահ է արել երեխային ու տոպրակով թողել աղբամանի մեջ։
Երեխային հայտնաբերել է հյուրանոցի աշխատակիցը մաքրություն անելիս։
Երեխայի մահվան ճշգրիտ պատճառը կպարզվի փորձաքննությունից հետո։ Աղջիկը խոստովանել է հանցագործությունը կատարելու մեղքը։
Երեխայի ենթադրյալ հայրը 37 տարեկան է։ Աղջիկը սկսել է ծննդաբերել այն պահին, երբ նրանք հյուրանոցում ժամադրության են եղել։
Նրան առաջադրված մեղադրանքի հոդվածով նախատեսված պատիժը նախատեսում է մինչև 5 տարի ազատազրկում։
