Կիևում և Ուկրաինայի մի շարք այլ քաղաքներում հարյուրավոր մարդիկ դուրս են եկել փողոցներ՝ բողոքելու Ազգային հակակոռուպցիոն բյուրոյին և Կոռուպցիոն դեմ պայքարի մասնագիտացված դատախազությանը  անկախությունից զրկելու մասին թիվ 12414 օրենքի նախագծի դեմ, հայտնում է meduza.io-ն։

Ուկրաինական լրատվամիջոցդների գնահատականներով՝ Կիևի հրապարակում հավաքվել է մի քանի հարյուրից մինչև հազար ցուցարար։ Բողոքի ցույցի են դուրս եկել նաև Օդեսայի, Լվովի և Դնեպրի բնակիչները։

Բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցները պահանջել են վետո դնել օրինագծի վրա։ Նրանք վանկարկեցին «Ձեռքերդ հեռո՛ւ Ազգային հակակոռուպցիոն բյուրոյից», «Ամո՛թ», «Պաշտպանե՛ք ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտները» և այլ կարգախոսներ, այդ թվում՝ նախագահի աշխատակազմի քննադատություն։

Կարճ ժամանակ անց ուկրաինական հրատարակությունները, հղում անելով Գերագույն Ռադայի կայքում տեղադրված օրինագծի քարտին, հայտնել են, որ փաստաթուղթը ստորագրել է նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին։

Հուլիսի 22-ին Ուկրաինայի Գերագույն Ռադայի կողմից հաստատված թիվ 12414 օրինագիծը Ազգային հակակոռուպցիոն բյուրոն և Կոռուպցիոն դեմ պայքարի մասնագիտացված դատախազությունը փաստացի ենթարկում է գլխավոր դատախազի գրասենյակին և զրկում դրանց անկախությունից։

Այն նախատեսում է, որ գլխավոր դատախազը հասանելիություն ունի Ազգային հակակոռուպցիոն բյուրոյի բոլոր գործերին, իրավունք ունի պարտադիր գրավոր հրահանգներ տալ Կոռուպցիոն դեմ պայքարի մասնագիտացված դատախազության դետեկտիվներին, կարող է փակել հետաքննությունը պաշտպանության կողմի խնդրանքով, կարող է ինքնուրույն լուծել իրավասության վերաբերյալ վեճերը, ինչպես նաև պահանջել ցանկացած գործի նյութեր և դրանք պատվիրակել այլ անձանց։
