Պոլիտեխնիկի 92-րդ սերնդի շրջանավարտների ավարտական երեկոյին հատուկ մոտիվացիոն ելույթով հանդես եկավ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի կայուն զարգացման գծով տնօրեն, պոլիտեխնիկի շրջանավարտ Արմեն Ստեփանյանը։ Նա ոչ միայն հաջողակ ղեկավար է երկրի ամենախոշոր արդյունաբերական կառույցներից մեկում, այլ նաեւ պոլիտեխնիկյան համայնքի շրջանավարտ, որը հավատարիմ է իր կրթական արմատներին։

«Այսօրվանից այնպիսի հիմք է դրված, որը ձեր ապագա կյանքի ու կարիերայի, ինչո՞ւ ոչ, նաեւ ձեր անձնական կյանքի համար կարեւոր է։ Ուզում եմ շնորհավորել նաեւ մեզ՝ շրջանավարտներիս, որովհետեւ այսօր մեր համայնքը հարստացավ, եւս 935 հոգի համալրեց մեր բանակը»,- ասաց նա։

Արմեն Ստեփանյանի խոսքով՝ գաղտնիք չէ, որ հանքարդյունաբերությունն այսօր ՀՀ-ում շարժիչ ուժ է։ Եվ հենց այս բուհն է որակյալ կադրերով ապահովում ոլորտը։ «Կա կարծրատիպային մտածելակերպ, թե Պոլիտեխնիկում, բացի տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաներից, մնացած բոլոր մասնագիտությունները ոչ պոպուլյար եւ ոչ մոդայիկ են, օրինակ, քիմիա, լեռնային գործ։ Բայց ես ուզում եմ վստահեցնել, որ հենց այդտեղ է, որ որակյալ կադրերի մեծ պահանջարկ կա։ Իմ անձնական փորձով կարող եմ ասել՝ եթե կայանում ես այդ ոլորտում, ապա արտասահմանում էլ ձեզ վրա կարող են ուշադրություն դարձնել։ Միայն Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատում աշխատում են մեր սիրելի բուհի 600-ից ավելի շրջանավարտներ։ Ես ձեզ վստահեցնում եմ, որ առաջին հայացքից ոչ մոդայիկ համարվող մասնագիտություններն իսկապես այսօրվա աշխարհում ունեն մեծ պահանջարկ։ Ես ինքս քիմիական ֆակուլտետի շրջանավարտ եմ»,- նշեց նա։

Արմեն Ստեփանյանը Պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանի շրջանավարտներին հետեւյալ խորհուրդը տվեց․ «Չի կարելի դադարել սովորել, անընդհատ պետք է ինքնակրթվել։ Եվ ամենակարեւորը՝ երբ հասնում եք ձեր կարիերայի թվացյալ բարձունքին, դա հենց ամենակարեւոր պահն է, երբ անընդհատ պետք է շարունակել ինքնակրթվել։ Չդավաճանեք այն արժեքները, որոնք այս պատերը մեզ տալիս են։ Սա այն բուհն է, որը մեզ միավորում է որոշակի արժեքներով, այստեղ մի մեծ արժեքային համակարգ է ձեւավորվում, որն ամբողջ կյանքում ձեզ հետապնդում է։ Եվ հիշեք մի կարեւոր բան, որ անփոխարինելի մարդ չկա, դա շատ կարեւոր է։ Մենք բոլորս անհամբեր սպասում ենք՝ ձեզ տեսնել այլ կարգավիճակում՝ մեր գործընկերների կարգավիճակում, ինչու չէ, ապագայում մենք ուզում ենք ձեզ տեսնել որպես մեր ղեկավարներ»,- ասաց Ստեփանյանը։
