Ֆլամենգոյի հարձակվողին սպառնում է մինչև 17 տարվա ազատազրկում

Բրազիլական դատարանը ընդունել է դատախազության հայցը և սկսել դատավարություն «Ֆլամենգոյի» հարձակվող Բրունո Էնրիկեի դեմ, ով մեղադրվում է Բրազիլիայի առաջնության խաղի արդյունքները կեղծելու մեջ՝ խաղադրույքներից օգուտ ստանալու նպատակով: Ինչպես գրում է armsport.am-ը, այս մասին հայտնում է Globo-ն:
Բրունո Էնրիկեն մեղադրվում է 2023 թվականի նոյեմբերին «Սանտոսի» դեմ խաղի արդյունքը կեղծելու մեջ: Գաղտնի տեղեկատվությունը հնարավորություն է տվել նրա եղբորը և ընկերներին խաղադրույքներ կատարել առցանց հարթակներում, որ հարձակվողը քարտեր կստանա խաղի ընթացքում, ինչը տեղի է ունեցել: Էնրիկեն այդ խաղում երկու քարտ է ստացել՝ առաջինը խաղի վերջում մրցակցին հարվածելու համար, իսկ կարմիր քարտը՝ վերջնական սուլոցից հետո մրցավարին վիրավորելու համար:
Դատախազությունը պնդում է, որ ֆուտբոլիստը գործել է կանխամտածված՝ կատարելով սպորտային խաբեություն և խաղադրույքային խարդախություն, ինչի համար նախատեսված պատիժը կարող է հասնել 17 տարի և 8 ամիս ազատազրկման: Հայցը հիմնված է ֆուտբոլիստի և նրա եղբոր միջև գաղտնազերծված հաղորդագրությունների վրա, որտեղ քննարկվել է խախտման պահը:
Քննությունը սկսվել է խաղադրույքային ընկերությունների կողմից կասկածելի ակտիվության մասին տեղեկացնելուց հետո: Դաշնային ոստիկանությունը առգրավել է սարքեր և վերլուծել 3989 հաղորդագրություն մեսենջերում, որոնցից մի քանիսը ջնջվել էին: Էնրիկեն պնդում է իր անմեղությունը:
