Երեկ՝ հուլիսի 26-ին, դանակահարություն է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։
Ժամը 22։40-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Կոտայքի մարզի քրեական վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ 2 քաղաքացի դանակահարված վիճակում տեղափոխվել են Աբովյանի բժշկական կենտրոն։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց է մեկնել Կոտայքի մարզային քրեական վարչության օպերատիվ խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Արթուր Զաքարյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Կոտայքի բաժնի հերթապահ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Բաբկեն Աղաբաբյանի, բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Արսեն Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Տեղում պարզվել է, որ Կոտայքի մարզային քրեական վարչությունում ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունը հավաստի է, սակայն բժիշկները հայտնել են, որ վիրավորները գտնվում են վիրահատարանում և ի վիճակի չեն կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու։

Քրեական և համայնքային ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ վիրավորներն են Արարատի մարզի Վեդի խոշորացված համայնքի բնակիչներ՝ 16-ամյա Մհեր Մ․-ն, ով հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել «կրծքավանդակի աջ կեսի կտրած-ծակած վերքեր» ախտորոշմամբ, և 19-ամյա Պողոս Պ․-ն, ով հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել «աջ ազդրի կտրած-ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ։

 Մինչ բժիշկները պայքարում էին վիրավորների կյանքի համար, Կոտայքի մարզային քրեական վարչության ծառայողները հերթապահ օպերատիվ տեղեկությամբ պարզել են, որ ժամը 22։00-ի սահմաններում Աբովյան քաղաքի «Հայփոստի» վարչական շենքի հարակից տարածքում վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել։ Հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված Պողոս Պ․-ն և Մհեր Մ․-ն, նրանց ընկերը՝ Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 18-ամյա Նարեկ Ա․-ն, իսկ մյուս կողմից Կոտայքի մարզի Նոր Գեղի բնակավայրի բնակիչներ 25-ամյա Գոռ Բ․-ն և 20-ամյա Գարիկ Բ․-ն։

Վիճաբանության ժամանակ Գարիկ Բ․-ն իր մոտ եղած սուր-կտրող-ծակող առարկայով հարվածել և մարմնական վնասվածքներ է պատճառել Պողոս Պ․-ին և Մհեր Մ․-ին։

Քրեական ոստիկանների կողմից կատարված բացատրական աշխատանքի արդյունքում կասկածյալ Գարիկ Բ․-ն ինքնակամ ներկայացել է ոստիկանություն, որտեղից էլ նրան ներկայացրել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղ դեպքի փաստով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել են արնանման հետքեր։

Ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Լևոն Բադալյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Վահագն Կարապետյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության տեսուչ Կառլեն Բաղյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Դավիթ Հովհաննիսյանի և նույն գումարտակի 2-րդ դասակի հրամանատար, օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ Սահակ Գալստյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Տարածքը սահմանազատել են նույն վաշտի պարեկներ Ալբերտ Ղազարյանը և Հարություն Ավետիսյանը։
